职位介绍: Responsibilities Design and build scalable offline data warehouse architecture from 0 to 1 for wallet, payments, lending, and related business domains. Develop and maintain reliable ETL workflows and data models using SQL and DataWorks. Define and implement warehouse layers, data standards, metrics, and subject-area models to support analytics and reporting. Improve data quality, consistency, lineage, and operational reliability across core datasets. Partner with analysts, product teams, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-structured data solutions. Optimize query performance, pipeline efficiency, and data development processes. Support self-service analytics and dashboarding by providing trusted and well-documented datasets. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or big data development. Strong SQL skills with deep experience in complex query development, data transformation, and performance optimization. Hands-on experience building offline data warehouses from 0 to 1, including layered architecture, dimensional modeling, and metric design. Experience with ETL development and data pipeline orchestration using platforms such as DataWorks or similar tools. Strong understanding of data warehouse design, batch processing, data quality management, and analytical data modeling. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience in fintech, payments, digital wallet, lending, or other highly regulated data-intensive industries. Familiarity with Alibaba Cloud data products, especially DataWorks. Experience designing data models for transaction, user, risk, and financial reporting domains. Experience enabling BI/reporting use cases through well-governed warehouse datasets. Strong ownership and a bias toward execution in fast-paced environments.
