职位介绍: Main Responsibilities / Tasks: 1.Be responsible for supplier sourcing, evaluation and qualification of machining, rubber, sealing and other materials, establishing and optimizing the supply base. 2.Execute RFQ analysis, commercial negotiation, contract management, clarify purchasing terms (price, lead time, quality standard, payment term, etc.) to avoid any business risk. 3.Take all activities to achieve annual cost saving target. 4.Track market trend, take actions according to market information to reduce/avoid the impact and/or pursue the benefit. 5.Collaborate with R&D, engineering, quality and other departments to participate in the early development of new project, provide supplier technical resource support, and ensure products meet design and quality requirements. 6.Support solves problems in the supply chain during mass production, such as material substitution, process optimization, quality improvement etc. 7.Support problem solving for the abnormal situations of the purchase and delivery, like delayed delivery, quality issues, coordinating with suppliers and internal relevant departments to resolve disputes, and reduce the risk of supply chain disruption. 8.Monitors past and current supplier performance. Ensures compliance with all regulations, goals, contracts and objectives. Escalates issues or supplier problems. 9.Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities, carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance; 10.Other projects and tasks assigned. Years of Experience in the positions: 8+ years purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment, preferable rich experience with machining components, rubber parts etc. Qualifications/Requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree (vocational, professional, or advanced) in the field of supply chain management, engineering, or business. 2.Possess solid cost analysis capabilities, business negotiation skills, could independently complete price negotiation and contract sign. 3.Familiar with IATF16949, IRIS22163, be able to lead and participate in supplier audits and perform evaluations. 4.Proficient in using office software, SAP and basic data analysis capabilities. 5.Requires strong verbal and written communication skills in English. 6.Project Management experience and being able to manage parallel projects will be a plus. 7.Familiar with other commodities like welding, molding, casting is preferred. 8.Ability to travel. If required, most travel will be local. However, some domestic or international overnight travel may be required.
