职位介绍: The Job Manage a team of commodity managers, sourcing managers and program managers to ensure cost competitive, high quality and reliable suppliers deliver our products to market on time. Provide access to technology and supply chain capabilities that enable and shape our hardware product roadmap Be the center of commercial excellence and own COGs analysis, reporting, and reductions for all hardware products, optimizing processes as needed Be the lead negotiator to get the best cost, quality and timeline performance from leading suppliers. Mentor team by coaching and leading by example to grow their skills in purchasing and managing a supply chain Work cross-functionally with other departments, accounting, engineering design, and sustaining engineering teams Ramp new sourcing efforts in response to changes in products, supply chain design, and manufacturing locations Analyze purchasing trends and develop sourcing alternatives. Identify new high-potential suppliers on a global basis.
