职位介绍: 职位介绍 Mission and Purpose 使命和目的 Be responsible for daily logistics transportation and Customs clearance operation and coordination, including ensuring goods are delivered to destinations on time, safely, at low cost and following compliance.负责日常物流运输及清关操作与协调，确保货物按时、安全、低成本且合规送达目的地 Responsibility Responsible for transportation arrangement based on incoterm, shipping mode and customers’ requirements, handle and raise claims for abnormal cases such as damage.根据国际贸易术语、运输方式及客户需求安排运输事宜，处理货物破损等异常情况并发起理赔。 Deal with the import and export Customs clearance by complying with China trade regulations, law and procedure, and according to manufacturing and delivery plan.根据中国贸易法规、法律及程序，依据生产及交付计划处理进出口清关事宜。 Validate monthly cost of forwarders and brokers and related cost such as tax list and duty exemption amount, and share related cost allocation to finance team to make payment within due date 核对货运代理及报关行的月结费用以及相关成本，如税单和免税金额，并将相关成本分摊汇报给财务团队，确保在到期日前完成付款。 Keep the documents related to import and export shipments such as BL, invoice, original certificate of origin, bills for shipment cost, declaration and shipping record and etc.妥善保管进出口货物相关单据，包括提单、发票、原产地证书原件、运输费用单据、报关单及运输记录等 Apply for certificates by complying with China Customs and trade regulations, law and procedure, such as CCC exemption, certificate of country of origin, export license and etc.根据中国海关和贸易法规、法律和程序申请证书，如CCC豁免、原产国证书、出口许可证等。 Cooperate with other departments to respond to cross-departmental logistics needs, provide logistics support to ensure smooth business development; complete other logistics-related work assigned by team leader and manager.与其他部门合作，响应跨部门物流需求，提供物流支持，确保业务顺利发展；完成团队领导和经理分配的其他物流相关工作。
