职位介绍: The Plant Manager is accountable for the endtoend operational performance of the plant, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of manufacturing activities in line with business and customer commitments. The role translates S\&OP and operational plans into daily execution, stabilizes operations, drives productivity and cost performance, and builds a disciplined, continuously improving plant organization. The Plant Manager develops frontline leaders and ensures operational readiness, reliability, and scalability. 1.Plant Performance & Execution Excellence Own daily, weekly, and shortterm execution of production plans aligned with S\&OP and MPS. Ensure achievement of plant KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and inventory. Act as the primary escalation owner for operational disruptions and performance deviations. Ensure data accuracy and operational transparency through effective use of ERP/MES. 2. Safety, Quality & Compliance Leadership Champion a zeroincident safety culture and safe behaviors across the plant. Ensure full compliance with EHS regulations, quality standards, and internal policies. Own plantlevel Quality Management System execution, including traceability, containment, and corrective actions. Lead customer complaint investigations and ensure robust rootcause analysis and corrective measures. 3. Cost, Productivity & Asset Reliability Own the plant operating cost structure, including labor efficiency, consumables, utilities, and maintenance spend. Drive improvements in OEE, cycle time, yield, scrap, and rework. Ensure equipment reliability through effective preventive and corrective maintenance. Manage bottlenecks, changeovers (SMED), and labor deployment across shifts. 4. Standardization & Continuous Improvement Implement and sustain standard work, 5S, visual management, and tiered daily management. Lead Lean / Six Sigma initiatives (e.g. Kaizen, VSM) to eliminate waste and variability. Embed problemsolving discipline and a datadriven improvement mindset. Ensure consistent work practices and performance routines across shifts. 5. Material Flow, Inventory & Logistics Interface Ensure material availability, accurate inventory, and ontime shipment performance. Coordinate with Supply Chain on MRP execution, receiving, warehousing, and shipping efficiency. Drive inventory accuracy, cycle count discipline, and reduction of excess and obsolete stock. 6. Change, Risk & Continuity Management Ensure effective product and process qualification, including ECN execution. Manage phasein and phaseout activities with minimal operational disruption. Maintain plantlevel business continuity plans for critical equipment and utilities. Lead incident response and recovery actions as required. 7. People Leadership & Plant Culture Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline teams. Build strong operational leadership capability and talent pipelines. Drive accountability, inclusion, engagement, and highperformance behaviors. Ensure effective training, skills matrices, and performance reviews. 8. CrossFunctional Collaboration Partner effectively with Operations, Quality, EHS, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Sales. Escalate risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities to the Operations Manager. Support plantrelated audits, customer visits, and improvement initiatives. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in plant leadership roles. Proven track record of improving plant performance in industrial or technical manufacturing environments. Experience in steel or heavy industrial sectors is a strong advantage. Knowledge & Skills Strong knowledge of EHS, Quality Management Systems, and relevant regulations (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001). Solid understanding of production planning, equipment reliability, and manufacturing cost drivers. Structured problemsolving and continuous improvement capability (Lean / Six Sigma). Strong leadership, communication, and decisionmaking skills under operational pressure. Language & Mobility Proficient in English and Chinese. Crosscultural experience preferred. Limited travel required.
