职位介绍: 核心职责 1. 战略与销售目标管理 Strategic & Sales Target Management • 负责销售目标的分解、执行与达成，持续优化区域业务增长路径 Take charge of breaking down, executing and hitting sales targets; continuously optimize regional business growth strategies. • 同频公司销售策略，提升品牌在当地零售客户，终端门店以及消费者的影响力 Align with corporate sales strategies to boost brand influence among local retail clients, physical stores and end consumers. 2. 客户与渠道管理 Customer & Channel Management • 与客户建立深度合作关系，作为品牌方第一责任人对接需求与反馈 Build deep cooperative partnerships with clients; act as the primary brand contact to address client demands and feedback. • 优化分销网络拓展，确保品牌在客户端的品牌渗透力 Expand and optimize the distribution network to strengthen brand penetration at the client side. 3. 终端门店运营 Retail Store Operations • 管理门店拜访计划，监控库存健康度与补货效率 Manage store visit schedules; monitor inventory status and restocking efficiency. • 提升品牌形象：优化陈列标准、培训零售团队（产品知识/营销技巧） Elevate brand image by standardizing display guidelines and training retail teams on product knowledge and sales techniques. 4. 跨职能协同与项目管理 Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Management • 及时并准确提供客户/门店拜访报告，收集整理客户针对产品和品牌的反馈信息 Submit timely, accurate reports on client and store visits; compile client feedback on products and brand image. • 分析销售数据（畅销/滞销款、客户反馈），制定优化方案 Analyze sales data (bestsellers, slow-moving SKUs and client feedback) and formulate improvement plans. • 完成内部会议所需要的回顾和计划 Prepare performance reviews and business plans required for internal meetings. • 本科学历及以上学历； Bachelor’s degree or above • 至少五年时尚/奢侈品或者高端产品销售经验; 有眼镜行业销售经验优先 Minimum 5 years of sales experience in fashion, luxury goods or premium products; candidates with eyewear sales background are preferred. • 良好的英文及粤语表达能力 Proficient in English and Cantonese communication • 优秀的沟通能力；较强的目标完成导向能力；善于分析的态度与良好的学习能力 Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, strong result-driven mindset, analytical thinking and quick learning ability • 能够接受高强度在外出差以及良好的团队合作能力 Able to travel frequently under high-intensity schedules, with strong teamwork spirit
