职位介绍: Electronics hardware developer Tasks: •Independent requirement analysis for hardware component packages considering the customer specifications; •Circuit design (plan, design, preparation of wiring diagrams and BOM); •Define and implement test concepts for validation of hardware and software integrated solutions; •Define concepts together with internal/external developers and suppliers; •Team work - also cross-departmental- for the improvement of hardware development processes and methods; •Preparation of prototypes with internal and external partners / suppliers; •Supporting the series production and customer service throughout the product lifecycle; •EMC expert and approval coordinator for Heating products in China •Responsible for end to end hardware products, from project start through to end of life and phase-out, ensuring ongoing quality improvement and maintenance of BOM via Engineering Change Management. Requirements: •Bachelor degree or above of electronic engineering or related majors; •Professional design experience, which focus on power electronic, be familiar with single-chip controller digital logic circuit and other electrical design; •Strong electrical development tools skill especially for Altium /Cadence CAD and be able to create schematics and PCB layout individually; •Rich experience in EMC solution, familiar with EMC standards and validation method; •Experience in developing electronic hardware component packages for embedded products; •knowledge of E-CAD (Zuken); •Experience in 220V power electronics systems and profound knowledge of corresponding regulations/standards; •Experience and willingness of cooperation with international development partners located overseas; •Awareness of quality and cost; •Excellent communication skills and self-confidence; •Analytical and cross-divisional thinking; •Ability to work under pressure; •Fluent in English (verbal and written).
