职位介绍: 1.IDENTIFICATION Business Title: AMEC Comfort Global R&D xxxx Immediate Superior Position: AMEC Power Train and Comfort Global R&D xxx Area: R&D Management 2.MISSION Leads the R&D Comfort platform organization (Power Window Motor, Trunk Open Motor, Sun Roof Motor, Seat Position Adjust Motor,….) across plants and global projects through all Platform and Product engineering. It is responsible to assure that proper resources and technical solutions for the Comfort Platform are allocated, contributing to sustain our product differentiation (technology leadership) and cost competitiveness. 3.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1)To manage R&D's technical personnel (hiring and termination, performance assessment, and technical development) responsible for product design through defined processes and systems, as well as manage other day-by-day people issues. 2)To ensure that the company has a robust Global product strategy to keep technological leadership in the Comfort business. Constantly update this strategy based on market trends and inputs (competitor analysis, customer feedbacks, fairs…), in full agreement with other partner areas such as Sales and Marketing. 3)To support the Project Management managers team during the execution and implementation of global corporate projects through: a. the well-defined processes and tools for product development in place to meet Time, Cost and Quality; b.the planning of technical activities and in the definition of the necessary resources for the execution of projects, matching the level of experience and technical capacity of the specialists to the complexity of each project; c.Approval of technical certifications and risk management documents of new developments in Comfort segment, ensuring the product requirements (Quality, Cost and Time) are achieved and engineering best practices adopted; 4)To be responsible for the management of R&D team technical knowledge across the plants, including the standardization, dissemination, and application of best engineering practices and methods in product development. 5)To support other areas, such as Procurement (components development and supplier certification), Quality and Operations (internal and external quality issues), Sales; 6)Coordinate the Application Engineering (approvals in customer and technical issues solutions), by providing product technical expertise globally. 4.DIMENSIONS Division turnover: 0,4 BUSD Number of direct subordinates: 25 people Number of indirect subordinates: 25 Engineers /Technicians (includes the plants) Number of third-party employees: NA OPEX Budget: NA CAPEX Budget: NA 5.REQUIREMENTS Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field), with significant experience (8+ years) in R&D leadership and multicultural teams. Hard Skills: Experience in motor BLDC (Brushless DC Motor) and BDC (Brushed DC Motor); Experience in noise and vibration, mechanical development and testing; Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; Know-how of Methodology of project development and R&D Engineering systems in automotive. Management skills with organization routine management; Soft Skills: Leadership to integrate and motivate people towards the desired result; Experience in a multicultural international environment Emotional intelligence and control to handle conflicts; Automotive Industry experience (Customers and Suppliers); Good communication, ownership, Integrator, Problem Solutions initiative; Team work; Customer and results oriented mindset; 6.LANGUAGE SKILLS Minimum requirement: Fluent in English Fluent in Chinese Desirable: Fluent in Japanese or German;
