职位介绍: Responsibilities: Develop and optimize cell line- or primary cell-based assays under the supervision of a group leader, using colorimetric, fluorogenic or imaging readouts in a low, medium, or high throughput format to meet project requirements Develop and execute target validation plan for new research proposals via independently reviewing and summarizing literature data under the guidance of a senior leader. Close work with cross-functional team and engage in cross-disciplinary scientific discussion, and act as functional representative to provide expertise for in vitro cellular based experiments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems in cellular assay development by undertaking innovative approaches under the guidance of a senior leader Generate, analyze, and interpret data in appropriate scientific context, and present data in both written and verbal formats to internal and external stakeholders Requirements: PhD in the disciplines of medical and life sciences; specialty in cell biology, molecular biology, genetics, epigenetics, cancer biology or immunology with minimum 3 years of academic postdoc/pharmaceutical research experience; Strong cancer biology knowhow and track record of scientific accomplishment at high standards; Extensive expertise in cloning, mammalian cell culture, transfection/transduction, siRNA KD, CRISPR KO, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence is required; Experience in small molecule drug discovery is preferred; Experience/knowhow in PROTAC, protein-protein interation, RIPTAC is prefferred; Experience/knowhow in protein structure or biochemistry is a plus; Highly self-motivated and capable of handling and prioritizing tasks from multiple parallel projects; Good communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English; The candidate should be enthusiastic, independent, well-organized and collaborative.
