职位介绍: 1.Design tooling 2D drawing and 3D model by UG NX software, including to assembly drawing and make the meeting minutes of tooling reivew , To analyse the simulation report or manufacturing feasibility and make sure the excellent tooling solution for each product. 2.Track tooling manufacture issue and modify tooling after trial run, including to create BOM, follow up delivery date of raw material, standard tooling components, review and approved the design tolerance of tooling part for each tooling drawing in design team, 3.Update tooling information on internal network and attend NPD meeting,include to verify trial run result , update design status and progress, provide the best solution for each design of new tool, drive the innovation of technology, 4.Provide the tooling quotation for any new product and new tooling components and the special tooling material, saving tooling cost, 5.Help toolmaker to understand tooling design key points and review the inspection report of key dimensions, focus on the first pass yied" —— 任职要求： 1. Major in mold design or mechanical engineering. 2. Over 10 years mold design experience. 3. English CET-4 and good oral English level 4. Familiar with UG NX's Mold Wizard and TeamCenter, 5. Familiar with the tooling manufacture process include to CNC, EDM, Grinding, Heat treatment 6. Familiar with press machine or hot chamfer/cold chamfer machine 7. Familiar with the standard tooling components, such as " MISUMI. DIADO" 8.
