职位介绍: We are currently recruiting a full-time Shoe Technologist based in Guangzhou. This role requires daily in-office work plus regular factory site visits. Ideal candidates must hold professional educational background in shoe manufacturing technology and possess solid English communication skills. Mission Ensure zero-defect quality, on-time production and timely delivery of finished footwear throughout all manufacturing stages, through professional production technology supervision, partner factory process auditing & optimization, and efficient cross-team coordination between production and R&D functions. Core Responsibilities 1. Production Quality Assurance & Control Outcome: All onboarding factories meet standardized manufacturing requirements, and existing manufacturing partners maintain full compliance across the entire production process. - Conduct qualification audits for new manufacturing facilities and analyze third-party inspection reports to screen out high-risk and non-compliant suppliers. - Perform pre-delivery sample inspection to verify all products meet technical specifications on design details, sizing standards and workmanship. - Track and supervise defect rectification processes: arrange rework for non-conforming samples, verify revised results, and grant final production approval. 2. Production Risk Prevention & Reduction Outcome: Effectively lower production defect rates and rework ratios via standardized technical guidance and timely process adjustment. - Provide professional technical guidance and standardized document specifications for factories to avoid technical errors in the early production stage. - Carry out in-line production inspections to identify potential quality risks and resolve defects prior to mass production. - Analyze QC data and final inspection reports to prevent substandard goods from being shipped. 3. Smooth Production Launch & Execution Outcome: Ensure on-time production launch with no delays caused by technical non-compliance or process issues. - Provide factories with approved reference samples and trim benchmark cards to ensure full alignment with brand technical standards. - Facilitate efficient communication and technical adjustment coordination between manufacturing factories and the product development team. 4. Standardized Documentation & Traceable Reporting Outcome: Complete process records in PLM (C8) system to achieve full production traceability and support data-driven decision-making. - Standardize and archive measurement records, inspection summaries and PLM review documents to update the development team and management with real-time production status.
