职位介绍: • 设计并实现端到端的数据采集，专门针对来自实时生产线摄像头画面的纺织视觉数据，涵盖纺织样品采集、数据标注、数据清洗、预处理、数据增强、标注标准化以及数据版本管理，以支持纺织相关计算机视觉模型的训练、验证和迭代。 • 与业务、产品及客户团队沟通，将业务问题转化为可执行的 AI/ML 解决方案。 • 开发、微调并优化面向纺织行业核心计算机视觉任务的机器学习和深度学习模型，重点提升微小、细微缺陷的检测精度，并优化模型速度以满足纺织产线实时生产要求。针对复杂真实场景设计并优化模型、特征及算法策略。 • 对纺织视觉数据集进行探索性数据分析（EDA），识别数据中的模式、异常、偏差及改进机会；设计统计实验以验证实际纺织生产场景中的数据质量和模型性能（重点关注检出率、误报率及处理速度等指标）。 • 与工程团队协作，推动 API、数据采集、推理服务及 MLOps 的落地实现。 • 探索并实现计算机视觉与数据科学领域的前沿技术，以解决纺织行业的痛点。 • 为内外部利益相关者提供技术演示、解决方案讲解及决策支持。 •Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines tailored for textile visual data from real-time production line camera feeds, covering textile sample collection, data labeling, Data cleaning, preprocessing, data augmentation, annotation standardization, and data version management to support the training, validation, and iteration of textile-related computer vision models. •Engage with business, product, and customer teams to translate business problems into actionable AI/ML solutions •Develop, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for core computer vision tasks in the textile industry with a focus on improving detection accuracy for tiny, subtle defects and optimizing model speed to match real-time production requirements of textile processing lines. Design and optimize models, features, and algorithm strategies for complex real world scenarios •Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) on textile visual datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, data biases, and improvement opportunities; design statistical experiments to validate data quality and model performance (focusing on metrics such as detection rate, false positive rate, and processing speed) in actual textile production scenarios. •Collaborate with engineering teams to drive implementation (APIs, data pipelines, inference services, MLOps) •Explore and implement cutting-edge techniques in computer vision and data science to address textile industry pain points •Deliver technical presentations, solution walkthroughs, and decision support for internal and external stakeholders
