职位介绍: Main Responsibilities主要职责: Responsible for sales development of new business opportunities or customer throughout APAC. 负责亚太区新商机,新客户和的销售开发； Achieve business objectives in the areas of sales volume, market share, pricing and customer satisfaction. 在销量、市场份额、定价和客户满意度方面实现业务目标； Visit and maintain customer relationships according to business needs, in the drive to achieve sales objectives. 根据业务需要在拜访及维护客户关系，以实现销售目标； Review weekly and monthly sales performance against budget, and develop corresponding improvement plans 根据预算审查每周和每月的销售业绩,并制定相应的改善计划； According to company planning, collect market information to provide a basis for developing sales strategies and plans. 根据公司规划，收集市场信息，为制定销售策略和计划提供依据； Regularly track customer payment status and develop business strategies. 定期跟踪客户回款情况并制定商务对策； Responsible for promoting the company's product capabilities and business development strategies to customers. 负责向顾客宣传公司的产品能力及业务发展策略； Other temporary work required by the company. 公司要求的其他临时性工作。 Requirements要求: BS Degree in Engineering 工程学学士学位; Minimum 5 years sales experience, and 2 years sales experience in technical sales with proven results 至少5年销售经验， 2年技术销售经验，并有经过验证的业绩; High skill level in MS Outlook, Word and Excel 较高的MS Outlook、Word 和 Excel 技能水平； Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese  良好的中英文书面和口语能力。 More than 3 years of sales experience in the field of machining is preferred 在机加工领域有过3年以上的销售经验优先考虑 Strong self motivation and excellent business negotiation skills 具有很强的自我驱动力,出色的商务谈判能力
