职位介绍: Role Summary: We are seeking a Product Design Expert with expertise in high-power connectors to join our R&D team. In this role, you will responsible for the design, development, and optimization of next-generation high-power connector solutions for industrial and commercial applications. Your work will be instrumental in delivering high-performance, reliable, and cost-effective products that meet the evolving needs of our global clients. Main Responsibilities / Tasks: 1)Design and Development: Develop innovative high-power connector products, focusing on electrical, mechanical, and thermal performance optimization. 2)Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to production, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. 3)Simulation and Analysis: Perform 3D modeling, finite element analysis (FEA), and other simulations to evaluate design performance under various conditions. 4)Prototyping and Testing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create prototypes, conduct rigorous testing, and validate designs. 5)Customer Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure that designs align with their expectations. 6)Innovation and Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in product design and manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. 7)Compliance and Standards: Ensure product designs adhere to relevant industry standards, including IEC, UL, and ISO guidelines. 8)Documentation: Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure seamless communication across teams and stakeholders. Years of Experience in the positions: Seeking 5 years or more experience in high power / high voltage /heavy duty connector design or development. Qualifications/Requirements: 1)Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 2) Technical Expertise: -Strong knowledge of high-power connectors and their applications. -Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Creo, Pro-Eto, or SolidWorks) and FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS). -Familiarity with thermal management, material science, and high- power electrical systems. 3)Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to address complex engineering challenges with innovative solutions. 4)Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients. 5)Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision, quality, and meeting deadlines. 6)Preferred Qualifications -Experience with industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., IEC, UL, ISO or & TS16949). -Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as 3D printing, injection molding, die casting, and CNC machining. -Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
