职位介绍: a. Responsibilities Focus on local and oversea Machinery project purchasing activities in Asia with playing the role of buyer and commodity, incl. collecting the relevant resource from market to match project requests, organize TR and price negotiation from BP stage to supplier nomination in launch, until the whole life of purchasing items completely closed. 1. Leading resource collection in China/Asia market, to audit/Evaluate with Division engineering team to add to supplier panel 2. Responsible for all activities in coordinating internal customers and managing suppliers to fulfill the request in whole purchasing activities cycle. 3. Responsible for collecting request from BP and division engineering/plant purchasing team, to create sourcing and purchasing plan per the request and lead time, achieve target time of offer collection and nomination overview. 4. Responsible for support whole purchasing lifetime activities, besides commercial negotiation, contract management, invoice management, payment management, as well after service and spares management, etc. 5. Responsible for tracking of: delivery time, logistic ( incl oversea and relevant relocation, till arrival on site user site), and regular check and support during project launch period with engineering team, to avoid risk of delivery under PO… 6. Responsible for study of relocation/re-use activities internal division, internal group, as well 2nd hand machine sourcing in market, to improve the CAPEX spending on new investment 7. Coordination between Corporate/plants and suppliers, to close the open items, keep project timing, and regular lessons learn for improvement. 8. Manage suppliers’ performance to avoid risk on delivery and quality. 9. Assist on the CAPEX plan and cash plan improvement. b. Requirements 1. At least 5-8 years’ experience in automobile industry, Prefer on machine purchasing and familiar with automobile business and resource; 2. Able to create purchasing plan with clear defining the deadline and responsibilities with team members, familiar with oversea business operations and logistic is plus. 3. Good communication skills in Chinese and English, both in writing and in oral. 4. Skilful work with Microsoft Office software. 5. Careful work with good execution and well-managed on timing, priority and documentation 6. Sense of accountability and escalation with detecting of potential risk 7. Able to take multi-culture communication and relation management 8. Good teamwork and pressure management, able to travel in Asia 9. Engineer background is a plus.
