职位介绍: We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end R&D project management of OCS (Optical Cross-Connect System), with core focus on coordinating system hardware, software and test development workflows, as well as overseeing production scheduling and material tracking during the R&D phase. You will act as the bridge between cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget and high-quality delivery of OCS projects, aligning with technical specifications and business objectives. Duties & Responsibilities  Lead R&D and NPI project management for OCS, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline setup and milestone tracking; define clear project scope, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders (R&D, production, procurement, sales).  Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware engineers, software developers, test engineers, production specialists) to align on OCS development goals; facilitate technical communication, resolve inter-team conflicts and drive synergy between hardware, software and test development modules.  Oversee OCS hardware development (e.g., optical switch modules, control boards, power supply units) and software development (e.g., system management and control software) processes; monitor technical progress, review design documents and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., OCP，ITU-T) and internal specifications.  Manage OCS test development lifecycle, ensure test meets project requirements for system integration, performance and reliability.  Oversee production-related management during the R&D phase: coordinate with production teams to develop prototype trial production plans, track production progress of R&D samples and resolve technical issues in trial production.  Lead material management for OCS R&D projects: collaborate with procurement teams to define material requirements based on BOM (Bill of Materials), track material sourcing, stock levels and delivery timelines; prevent material shortages or excesses to avoid project delays.  Conduct regular project status meetings, compile progress reports and escalate key risks (e.g., technical bottlenecks, resource constraints, material delays) to senior management; develop mitigation plans and adjust project plans proactively.  Drive continuous improvement of project management processes: summarize project experience, optimize R&D collaboration mechanisms, production trial workflows and material tracking systems to enhance overall project efficiency. Qualification & Requirements  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optical Communication, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management or related fields.  3+ years of technical project management experience in optical communication industry, with proven track record of leading OCS or similar optical system R&D projects.  Profound understanding of OCS technical principles, including hardware architecture (optical components, electronic circuits), software development (embedded systems, application software) and test methodologies (system integration test, performance test).  Familiar with R&D phase production management (prototype trial, process optimization) and material management (BOM management, procurement coordination, stock tracking).  Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall); PMP certification is a plus.  Excellent cross-functional coordination, communication and problem-solving skills; strong ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve technical and operational conflicts.  Good command of written and spoken English; ability to communicate with international teams or stakeholders is preferred. Preferred Qualifications  Experience in coordinating global R&D teams or cross-regional production/material workflows.  Familiarity with ITU-T, IEEE or other relevant optical communication industry standards.  Experience in managing projects involving both hardware, software and test development in high-tech manufacturing environments.
