职位介绍: General Purpose of the Position: Be responsible for end-to-end production and material planning management of the plant. Independently take charge of the whole planning module, including master scheduling, production scheduling, material planning, demand management and S&OP operation. Lead the planning team to optimize the planning system, focus on the accuracy of S&OP planning output, and support stable production and customer order delivery in the automotive manufacturing industry. Major Responsibilities: Team Management & Department Target: Lead the plant PC&L planning team to achieve departmental KPI objectives, complete budget management for production, order planning and inventory planning; be responsible for daily team management, personnel training and capability development. 1.Automotive Market & Demand Analysis: Possess in-depth automotive market insight and data analysis capabilities, accurately capture market fluctuation trends; be familiar with the demand issuance rules, order characteristics and delivery requirement behaviors of different OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), classify and analyze customer demand patterns to support scientific planning decision-making. 2.S&OP Core Management: Take charge of the whole S&OP business process, including demand collection, demand review, supply balance, output confirmation and monthly rolling plan iteration; strictly track and continuously optimize S&OP planning accuracy (demand forecast accuracy, production plan compliance, material allocation accuracy), establish improvement mechanism for plan deviation. 3.Material Shortage Resolution: Deeply participate in the chip shortage coordination project, cooperate with the central global team and EMS suppliers to sort out material supply risks, formulate material allocation plans, eliminate production blocking risks, and ensure stable production rhythm. 4.Order & Plan Management: Overall manage customer demand and medium/long-term demand forecast, optimize planning and inventory management systems; formulate feasible master production schedule and rolling production schedule, monitor plan execution status, eliminate abnormal fluctuations in the production process, and ensure high on-time delivery rate to meet customer requirements. 5.Lean Production & Plan Optimization: Implement lean production management and continuous kaizen optimization in the planning module; carry out level production scheduling, track schedule attainment rate, standardize material planning logic and information transmission flow, reduce plan fluctuations and waste of production resources. 6.Inventory Control Management: Reasonably formulate inventory planning standards, control inventory turnover to meet and exceed budget assessment indicators; conduct weekly inventory classification review, regularly analyze E&O (Excess & Obsolete) materials and stagnant inventory, sort out inventory risks and put forward rectification optimization plans. 7.Data Analysis & Performance Reporting: Establish planning department performance measurement system, focus on core indicators such as forecast accuracy, plan compliance rate and inventory turnover; regularly sort out data, complete performance analysis and monthly/quarterly management reports. 8.Other temporary planning-related projects assigned by superior.
