职位介绍: Position Summary 1. Regular costing related voucher booking. (Inventory reserve, etc.) 2. Monthly reporting: Commentary, W2, Local management and other costing related reports. 3. New Product STD Cost Calculation. 4. Business case support. 5. Support Finance controlling supervisor and Manager to finish the work of costing management function. (Budget, Rolling Forecast, etc.) Responsibility 1. Collecting and checking all cost and inventory data provided by other departments and timely completing actual production cost accounting, ensuring accuracy of all production costs data. 2. Monitoring the actual purchasing price of materials and timely reporting the fluctuation. 3. Ensures accurate and consistent compilation, and reporting of costing data according to process, finish accounting close through compilation of data from automated and manual sources. 4. Focus on MFG Variance and EBIT, KPI analysis. 5. Complete monthly reporting: Commentary, W2, Local management and other costing related reports. 6. New Product calculation and analysis, TP application. 7. Support business case calculation. 8. Optimization on Costing workflow. (Process, reporting, etc.) 9. Assist the Finance controlling supervisor and Manager to facilitate cost control activities all over the company. 10. Assist the Finance controlling supervisor and Manager in preparing the management analytical reports. 11. Monitor any occupational health and safety concerns and comply with EHS-related procedures; fully support the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of systems including EHS (ISO 45001/ISO 14001), ISO 50001, GB/T 23001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 13485, and AEO Customs Advanced Certification. 12. Other work as required by the Finance controlling supervisor and Manager. Qualification 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in financial related fields. 2. At least two years working in manufacturing operation of a foreign investment enterprise. 3. Understanding of PRC accounting principles and IAS. 4. Fluent in English. 5. Conscientious worker, hardworking attitude. 6. Good communication skills. 7. Willing to devote, learn, optimize and work under pressure.
