职位介绍: SCOPE OF LEADERSHIP ROLE： • Ensure product performance against target financial metrics including Revenue,Margin,Market Share,Price Realization,Quality,Delivery,Productivity. • Adherence to the NPD gate review process including business case models (financial management,risk management,industry metrics -ROI). • Ensure effective short-and long-term demand planning for the portfolio,enabling achievement of growth objectives while optimizing inventory levels KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide leadership to drive NPD and HOPPER pipeline development and execution;NPD initials development or "fail fast to forward"decisions to customer meetings. • In-line offer management to meet margin and share protection while always looking for portfolio optimization by“sunsetting” obstacle variant；Provide 9-step or A3 analysis on gaps clearly articulating root cause and corrective measures • Developing MGPP plan per the segment choices;Rolling updates per the latest mkt environment relating segments.CVP development • Act as product training champion,nurturing the understanding level of value selling from commercial team • Act as voice of end user and clearly articulate requirements；Develop and champion the portfolio strategy and growth priorities,and ensure alignment to strategy and priorities across the value stream • Implement pricing strategies and programs to meet and exceed price,volume and share targets PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree or above in technical/engineering or equivalent education; • Minimum 5 years of product management or related industry application experience; • Strong communication skills,be able to handle communication with manufacturing,sales,marketing and customers as needed to support ongoing development and sales. • Good oral and written English. • Willing to travel.
