职位介绍: 岗位职责：  responding for to technical support calls from end users for running applications  Provide customers with ongoing technical support from application start-up through the warranty period. This support includes responding to customer issues, providing updated software that solves bug issues, perform installations for customers and working with the customer service team. In order to design and re-design effective applications you must acquire and analyze customer needs and problems, making recommendations to the engineering team to satisfy needs and develop solutions  installing updates, known as patches, to software applications (Servers)  Responsible as Application Owner  diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software issues  Continuously improve quality of IT application processes  Coordination with all involved departments as well as Headquarters  Design the specific customer solution, programs and applications  Write and execute integrated testing scenarios, working with the customer to optimize offers and ensure offers stay up-to-date and continue to satisfy customer needs  Provide technical training sessions to internal teams, support daily technical enquiries, work collaboratively with Headquarters to deliver technical solutions  Solving application problems outside-off office hours (for example patching/updates) 职位要求： Your Profil:  At least 5 years of related experience in IT application within Industry  Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Engineering  Fluent in English writing and speaking  Advanced system skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP System  Strong analytical and logical thinking  Skillful negotiator, assertive and perform well under stress
