职位介绍: 该岗位主要负责进口和药检所检验完成之后的保税区内产品的释放操作，以及仓间转移运输的审核放行。同时，根据标准操作的要求，对文件记录等进行系统的维护。 This position is primarily responsible for the release of products within the bonded zone after completion of importation and testing by the drug inspection institute, as well as for the review and approval of inter-warehouse transfer and transportation . In addition, in accordance with global standard operating procedures, the role is responsible for maintaining systems related to documentation and records . Consult with your supervision regarding your actual job responsibilities and any related duties that may be required for the position 1.根据总部和本地的流程，对已经完成批释放的，在完成进口和药检所检验（适用时）之后的保税区内产品进行第二次释放，确保及时以及符合规范要求。 Perform secondary release of products located in the bonded zone that have already completed batch release, following completion of importation and testing by the drug control institute (where applicable), in accordance with global and local procedures, to ensure timely release and compliance with regulatory and quality requirements. 2.根据总部和本地的流程，对于在仓间转移的产品，审核其运输记录，并及时在电子系统中进行运输释放。 Review transportation records for products transferred, and perform timely transportation release in the electronic system in accordance. 3.负责每个月收集质量信息，形成月度质量信息汇总报告。 Collect and compile monthly quality information , and prepare a consolidated monthly quality summary report. 4.负责本地合作商来源的产品的投诉的配合调查，提供其所需要的质量信息。 Support the investigation of product complaints related to locally sourced products from business partners, and provide the required quality-related information as needed. 5.负责对于绿色以及黄色(公开)级别的LTC文件记录在文件系统内的维护和协调。 Maintain and coordinate documentation for LTC documents classified as Green and Yellow (public)CCI levels within the document management system. 6.备份：负责原厂药检报告的翻译并将翻译件传递给仓库验收人员 Back up: be responsible for the translation of COA and delivery it to warehouse people 7.主管安排的工作 Other tasks assigned by Supervisor. Minimum Qualification Requirements: •本科或以上学历，药学，化学或相关专业。 Bachelor degree or above, majored in pharmaceuticals, chemistry or related sciences •至少1年的药品经营管理QA或者QC经验和GSP知识背景。 At least one years of QA or QC experience in drug product distribution/ wholesaler and GSP knowledge background. •能用英语阅读和书写 Capable of reading and writing in English in fluency Other Information/Additional Preferences: •执业药师优先 License pharmacist preferred. •积极勤奋，较强的执行和沟通能力 Self-motivated and diligent, strong implementation and communication skill.
