职位介绍: 职位名称：半导体设备助理工程师（薪资面议）岗位职责：您将负责并专注于提升机台性能与可用性，负责设备维护、故障诊断及实施有效解决方案，以满足特定模组（扩散、刻蚀（干法及湿法）、光刻、量测、物理气相沉积、薄膜 - 化学气相沉积或化学机械抛光）的机台正常运行时间和生产周期要求。处理值班任务并进行基础报警故障排查；紧急识别根本原因并解决关键设备问题。按照无尘室标准执行机台交接及维护报告。操作和维护机台，与工程团队协作以提升机台性能与可用性。管理备件库存，并与供应商或承包商协调备件更换及技术支持工作。针对特定模组工艺，对先进的300mm半导体机台执行预防性及纠正性维护。在7×24小时运转的晶圆厂环境中，接受轮班制（白班/夜班），包括周末及节假日。任职要求 • 电气与电子工程、机械工程或STEM相关领域的大专或以上学历。 • 拥有12英寸（300mm）晶圆厂环境经验者优先考虑。 • 至少5年模组设备工程师（Module Associate Engineer）工作经验。 Module AE (MAE) Job responsibilities You will be responsible and focused on improving tool performance and availability, in charge of maintenance, diagnosing failures and implementing effective solutions to meet uptime and cycle time requirements in the specific module (Diffusion, Etch (Dry & WET), Photolithography, Metrology, Physical Vapor Deposition, Thin Film - Chemical Vapor Deposition or Chemical Mechanical Planarization). Handle on-duty tasks and conduct fundamental alarm troubleshooting; identify root cause and problem-solve critical equipment issues with urgency. Execute tool handovers and maintenance reporting per cleanroom standards. Operate and maintain tools, collaborate with engineering teams to improve tool performance and availability. Manage spare part inventory and coordinate with vendors or contractors for parts replacement and technical support. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced 300mm semiconductor tools for specific module process. Operate under rotating shifts (day/night), including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 fab environment. Requirements. Diploma’s or higher degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or STEM related fields Experience in a 12’’ (300mm) fab environment is highly preferred.
