职位介绍: 1.Manufacturing cost management Control the production KPI, sort and analyze the data such as scrap rate, invalid working hours, overutilization rate and lost working hours in production, and provide improvement plan 2.Communicate and corp with the quality and process engineers and analyze the root causes of defective products, and rectify and improve the relavent problems in the production team, so as to reduce the output and maintenance cost of defective products. 3.Work on the fesibility study of new product with the process department, evaluate the possible risks, and assist the production manager in judgment. 4.Follow up the trial prodution of NPI, collect problems in the prodution process, take preventive measures, timely coordinate with the workshop foreman and train employees. 5. Participate in department monthly safety walk, support on implementation of correction. 6. Follow company safety rules, receive safety training, wear required PPE. 7. Report if any incidents (near miss, accidents etc); 8. Assist the manager of the department to develop risk assessment and the safety SOP update. 9. Actively report the safety hazards of the department, eliminate the safety hazards found in time, and report to the department manager and HSE. 10. Stop and report if any illegal operations. 11.Other work assigned by production manager Working in mannucturing experience Proficiency in data analysis and collection Strong on-site safety management sense Familiar with Excel and Word etc. Have team spirit and communicate skills Good Oral English Bachelor Degree or above More than 2 years working experience in similar position basic English in oral and written
