职位介绍: In this role, you will design and develop modern, high-performance user interface components using React.js and related technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in front-end development, performance optimization, and Agile collaboration. Responsibilities  Collaborate with development teams to design and implement user interface components.  Review application requirements and interface designs.  Develop responsive UI components using React.js and JavaScript.  Implement state management using Redux and modern workflows.  Write clean, maintainable, and efficient front-end code.  Troubleshoot and debug application issues.  Develop scalable front-end architecture.  Monitor and improve application performance.  Document code changes and enhancements.  Collaborate with distributed teams across backend and full-stack environments.  Participate in Agile processes and use Jira for tracking. Required Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.  Proven experience as a React.js developer.  Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.  Experience with React.js, Redux, and Webpack.  Understanding of UI/UX design principles.  Experience with Jest or similar testing frameworks.  Familiarity with browser debugging tools.  Experience working in Agile environments.  Strong communication and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications  Experience working in Banking or Financial Services industry.  Experience collaborating with distributed/global teams.  Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.  Experience optimizing web application performance.  Knowledge of secure coding practices for web applications.
