职位介绍: Responsibilities: • Build and operate the joint test infrastructure: dyno setups for torque, speed, efficiency, thermal, and life testing of actuator modules • Define and execute component-level verification for boards, batteries, harnesses, and sensors with the responsible engineers • Own integration verification at every stage: leg on bench, robot on gantry, free-standing, walking • Define and run full-system performance benchmarking (payload, speed, endurance, repeatability) and reliability assessment • Build the acceptance criteria and shipment-readiness process for every robot and subsystem delivered to headquarters • Develop test automation (Python) and maintain traceable test records tied to hardware and firmware revisions • Feed structured failure analysis back into design - you close the iteration loop Requirements: • B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering • 5+ years in testing and validation of electromechanical systems: robotics, automotive, or automation • Hands-on experience building test rigs and instrumentation (torque sensors, current probes, thermal measurement, data acquisition) • Strong data analysis skills; Python proficiency for test automation and reporting • Experience in defining verification plans, acceptance criteria, and reliability/life test programs • Fluent English for cross-site collaboration with headquarters Advantages: • Experience at humanoid/robot companies (Unitree, UBTech, Fourier), cobot firms (JAKA, Dobot, AUBO), or automotive (BYD, Xiaomi, Xpeng, NIO) • Actuator/servo dyno testing experience • Familiarity with HIL testing and firmware validation • Exposure to safety and compliance standards for robotics
