职位介绍: 猎头岗位，请匹配背景直接投递，会在第一时间回复简历筛选结果 Job Description 1-Development ▪ Create ME/EE External Interface Specification ▪ Create ME/EE 2D/3D, tolerance study ▪ Create ME/ECU Assembly Specification ▪ Create ME/ECU Single Part Specification ▪ Create ME FEA/CAE for air mass control ▪ Create test specification for the single parts and assembly 2-ME Detailed Design ▪ Contribute Production Process Test Specification, ME/EE part ▪ Finalize Design-FMEA, ME/EE part ▪ Update Design-FMEA, ME/EE part ▪ Initialize Design-FMEA, ME/EE part ▪ Create Design-FMEA, ME/EE part 3-Project management ▪ Participates in project management activities by planning and estimating and defining own and others' work packages. ▪ Regularly reports status and deviations (delays, process deviations) to project responsible. ▪ Collaborates with Project Responsible and/or QA in verifying results Communication ▪ Interface to the customer (end customer, project team) with a high degree of expertise. ▪ Communicates with project team in order to exchange information and identify improvement opportunities. ▪ Acts as a Reviewer and Counselor for others' work products Knowledge sharing ▪ Internal / external presentation of project results and reports ▪ As a key expert, actively promotes and drives know-how build-up in his area of expertise and with other experts ▪ Guides and coaches colleagues in own technical field of expertise ▪ Participating in knowledge sharing communities ▪ Actively drives knowledge sharing process ▪ Develops training concepts and develops and delivers trainings in a specific field ▪ Actively drives training process 4-ME Integration & Verification Test ▪ Create Release Note, ME/EE part ▪ Derive Lessons learned ▪ As the expert, create the requirement and evaluation criteria of solenoid valve, motor, piston, dryer, compressor testing ▪ As the expert, create the requirement and evaluation criteria of EE ENV, EMC, ET testing ▪ As the expert, create the requirement and evaluation criteria of PECU ME testing Process ▪ Contributes to process improvement and definition. ▪ Knows and adheres to the defined development processes. 5-EE Detailed Design ▪ Review Final PCB ▪ Add Mechanical constraints for PCB ▪ Derive Climatic Robustness Requirements ▪ Kick off EE PCB Design ▪ Create EE PCB Design request & requirement specification Job Requirement 1-University Studies and/ or Degree (Mechanics) 2-5+ years of ASU/Compressor mechanical development experience in the industrial field. 3-1+ full project experience (SOD to SOP) in ME related role for ASU/Compressor mechanical development. 4-1+ years of technical leadership practice in projects, working groups, task forces or similar preferred. 5-Experience in technical English (written &spoken) expected.
