To Manage the quality team
To create a technical team
To be responsible for The company's technical and quality system management
To update the The company's Quality Manual according to The company's and the customer's request
To be sure that QA processes should be done on time.
To assess the product to meet the quality requirements and technical requirements.
To be sure that the suppliers can make the production as per The company's quality requirements. To follow up on the quality claims from the customers and find solutions.
To check and approve the product drawing before the sample making.
To review and assess the samples developed to meet The company's and the customer's requirements.
To be sure that the suppliers can make the improvements according to The company's requirements.
To complete and update the Customer Order Operation Manual.
To be sure that all the technical documents are done according to The company's or customer requirements.
To provide technical support for The company's other Departments.
To Report to the Country Manager

确保供应商进行持续的质量改进
及时完成新客户的客户订单操作手册并应客户要求及时更新老客户订单操作手册
应公司及客户要求，确保所有的产品技术文件及时完成
直接对公司中国总经理负责
Job Requirements / 职位要求:
To have at least 8~10 years of QC and QA working experience in the upholstered and wooden furniture field and management experience to lead a team including about 10 people for at least 5 years.
To be able to create structures and manage and build a team.
To have solid working experience in the furniture manufacturer and Furniture trade company as well.
Have a solid knowledge and experience of Wooden Furniture and Upholstered Furniture, especially the quality requirements and the requirements of standards in the different markets. To be familiar with the testing standards and testing methods for all kinds of furniture items To be familiar with the production processes of all kinds of furniture items
To be good at solving the quality problems that happen in production.
To be familiar with the character and cost of all kinds of materials that are made the furniture items.
Strong English language ability is a plus.
Traveling is needed.
Being familiar with using computers and office software and Photoshop, CAD or similar technical software.
Good communication skill is needed.
To graduate from the university with a bachelor’s degree and major in wood science & and engineering and furniture design and product design is a plus.
To work for a high-end furniture trading company with a focus on the international market

熟悉各个产品销售市场国家的家具产品测试标准及基本的测试方法
熟悉各种家具产品的生产工艺流程
善于解决生产过程中产生的质量问题
熟悉各种家具所使用的各种材料的特性及成本
英文听说读写流利会优先考虑
出差是需要
熟练使用各种电脑办公软件及 Photoshop, CAD 或类似的技术软件
良好的沟通技巧是必须的
学历： 大学本科，专业是木材科学与工程， 家具设计或产品设计专业优先考虑
有国际市场上专门运营高端产品的家具贸易公司工作经验的会优先考虑
