职位介绍: A leading investment firm is seeking an experienced Equity Research Analyst to develop in-depth, fundamentals-driven coverage of Chinese and Hong Kong-listed companies and to translate that research into actionable investment views. The Greater China equity landscape is driven by a unique combination of factors — including policy and regulatory cycles, fast-moving industrial and technology trends, and the structural differences between onshore (A-share) and offshore markets. Producing genuinely differentiated insight in this setting calls for a clear, logical grasp of how businesses and industries operate and how these dynamics ultimately affect company fundamentals and valuations. The successful candidate will own this analytical process end to end and convert their findings into investment ideas that support the firm's broader investment strategy. Key Responsibilities: Fundamental Coverage Perform rigorous, bottom-up research on listed companies across China and Hong Kong. Build and maintain structured frameworks for evaluating sectors and individual company fundamentals over time. Spot the major themes driving sectors and companies — including structural change, competitive shifts, and key turning points — and judge their effect on fundamentals. Stay close to industry news flow and dig into developments to identify the most meaningful underlying drivers. Translating Research into Impact Convert company- and sector-level analysis into clear investment views that feed portfolio decisions and help generate returns across strategies. Shape detailed fundamental work into practical, implementable investment ideas. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record. 5+ years of relevant equity research experience. Genuine interest in, and strong knowledge of, Chinese equity markets. Strong foundation in financial statement analysis, valuation, capital markets, and industry/sector research. Sound commercial judgment and market intuition; able to cut through noise and focus on what truly matters. Excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English. Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a collaborative, merit-based culture; high integrity and a humble, team-oriented mindset. Relevant industry qualification (or willingness/ability to obtain one).
