职位介绍: 工作职责 Responsibilities 担任电感式产品细分领域的产品架构师，负责 Balluff BES 产品系列或其子系列的整体技术责任。 The product architect for a segment of the Inductive family – You take technical responsibility for a defined domain or subsystem within the Balluff BES product family. 基于由核心系统与产品架构师定义的系统架构与平台开展工作，确保您的解决方案满足系统需求，并符合既定的平台与模块化架构。 Work based on a given system architecture and platform, defined by central system and product architects, and make sure that your solutions fulfill system requirements and fit into the defined platform and modular architecture. 负责在该框架内进行产品相关实现方案的开发与优化。 Responsible for the development and optimization of product-specific implementations within this framework. 在研发项目中担任所负责领域的技术负责人或子项目负责人，确保技术功能实现、方案可复用性以及平台兼容性。 Act as technical lead / sub-project lead for your domain in development projects, ensuring technical functionality, reusability and platform compatibility. 在与系统架构师协同的前提下，根据具体产品需求对现有平台模块进行调整与完善。 Adapt and refine existing platform building blocks for specific product requirements in alignment with the system architect. 负责本领域内的设计决策，尤其是在电感式传感器前端（线圈 + 模拟信号链）以及稳健性与保护方案方面。 Responsible for domain-specific design decisions, especially in the inductive sensing front-end (coil + analog signal chain) and for robustness and protection concepts. 与系统架构师（需求与架构对齐）、固件、硬件、机械研发团队以及产品管理部门紧密协作。 Collaborate closely with system architects (requirements and architecture alignment), firmware, hardware, and mechanical development teams and with Product Management. 支持所负责子系统在整体产品中的集成与验证工作。 Support the integration and validation of your subsystem within the overall product. 推动特定领域构建模块的持续优化，并将经验反馈至平台体系。 Contribute to the continuous improvement of domain-specific building blocks, feeding back learnings into the platform. 作为电感式产品系列细分领域的主要技术接口，对接产品质量、产品合规等相关部门。 Act as primary contact for departments such as Product Quality and Product Compliance for the segment of the inductive product family. 制定并定义所属技术领域的维护活动。 Definition of maintenance activities for relevant domain. 任职要求 Requirements 1.电气工程、传感器技术、物理学或相关专业本科及以上学历。 A completed degree in electrical engineering, sensor technology, physics, or a comparable field. 2.具备多年电感式传感器系统研发相关的专业工作经验。 Several years of professional experience in the development of inductive sensor systems. 3.具备技术（子）项目负责人或主导研发工程师的实践经验。 Experience as a technical (sub-)project manager or lead developer. 4.熟悉多种项目管理方法，包括瀑布式和敏捷式。 Proficient in various project management methodologies (both waterfall and agile). 5.熟悉与关键客户紧密协作的定制化产品开发模式。 Familiar with customer-specific product development in close collaboration with key customers. 6.掌握当前先进的电感式传感技术，包括基于振荡器和数字测量的方法等。 Up-to-date knowledge of state-of-the-art inductive sensing technologies (oscillator-based, digital measurement methods, etc.). 7.精通模拟电路设计，包括但不限于以下内容： Strong knowledge of analog circuit design, including: 8.振荡器、放大器（BJT、MOS、运算放大器）、混频 / 解调原理，以及电流镜与偏置设计理念。 Oscillators, amplifiers (BJT, MOS, operational amplifiers), mixers / demodulation concepts, current mirrors and biasing concepts. 9.具备保护与鲁棒性设计经验，例如浪涌 / 群脉冲抗扰、反极性保护。 Experience with protection and robustness design, e.g.: surge / burst immunity, reverse polarity protection. 10.精通线圈与磁系统设计，包括绕线线圈及基于 PCB 的线圈设计（如 FR4 工艺）。 Strong knowledge of coil design and magnetic systems, including wound coils, PCB-based coils (e.g. FR4 technology). 11.具备电磁仿真（有限元 FEM）经验，例如 FEMM、Ansys Maxwell、COMSOL。 Experience with electromagnetic simulation (FEM), e.g.: FEMM, Ansys Maxwell, COMSOL. 12.熟悉电路仿真与自动化工具，例如 LTspice 或其他 SPICE 工具。 Experience with circuit simulation and automation, e.g.: LTspice or comparable SPICE tools. 13.熟悉模块化开发方法及平台化研发模式。 Familiar with modular development approaches and platform development. 14.熟知相关标准和法规，尤其是防爆领域（如 ATEX、IECEx）。 Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, especially explosion protection (e.g. ATEX, IECEx). 15.具备电气及 EMC 测试相关的实验室实践经验。 Laboratory experience with electrical and EMC measurement techniques. 16.具备较强的技术创造力和出色的分析能力。 High technical creativity and strong analytical skills. 17.具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能适应中德跨境项目协作。 Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to collaborate in China–Germany cross-border projects. 加分项与补充信息 Additional Notes 1.有电感式传感器产品经验者优先。 Experience with(inductive) sensor products is a plus. 2.具备中德跨境项目协作经验者优先。 Experience in China–Germany cross-border project collaboration is a plus. 3.具备系统架构思维或平台化开发经验者优先。 System architecture mindset or platform development experience is a plus.
