职位介绍: 职位介绍 Job Responsibility: • Control supplier mass production quality performance like PPM 控制供应商的生产质量，如PPM • Responsible for close supplier quality problems like line stop and 8D issue; and follow up corrective action for non-conforming parts 负责解决供应商质量问题，如生产线停机、8D问题;跟踪不合格品的纠正措施 • Responsible for new parts or ECN initial samples inspection and approval (supplier/ Langfang factory) 负责新零件或ECN初始样品的检验和批准 • Plan and implement supplier part audit and process audit yearly 计划和实施供应商部分审核和过程审核 • Feedback the problems to related areas and analyze the defects that finding in parts audit, follow up the corrective action 将问题反馈给相关部门，分析零件审核中发现的缺陷，跟踪纠正措施 • Support to resolve the problems from plant and field 支持解决工厂和现场的问题 Requirements: • Bachelor degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering 工业、制造或机械工程学士学位 • Experience in quality or supplier quality assurance (3+ years of experience) 质量或供应商质量保证经验(3年以上经验) • Familiar with quality tools 熟悉质量工具的使用 • Familiar with supplier quality control system like PQAP /APQP, Part Audit 熟悉供应商质量控制体系，如PQAP /APQP，零件审核 • fabrication & (later) extended drawing (commodity) parts, such as coolers, bearings, rubber molded hoses. • Familiar utilization for inspection tools 熟悉检验工具的使用 • Problem Analysis and communication skill 问题分析和沟通技巧 • Skill in cross-functional collaboration. Teamwork 具有跨部门协作的技能。团队合作 • Good operation of MS-office software 熟练操作MS-office办公软件 • Fluency in English, both written and spoken 流利的英语听说读写能力 • SAP experience is a plus 有SAP使用经验者优先考虑
