The person will have full accountability for leading anR&D/engineering team to develop quality and well-manufactured products for Potter global market. The ideal candidate will be capable of driving innovation and achieving business objectives. His or her strategic leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the company's success, reputation, and growth in the market. 主要职责/ Key Responsibilities 1.为研发职能提供战略方向和领导力，以加速增长/ Provide strategic direction and leadership to the R&D function to accelerate growth 2.监督新产品开发项目的规划、执行和交付/ Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of NPD projects 3.与跨职能团队和利益相关方协作，推动创新并实现业务目标/ Collaborate with cross- functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve business objectives 4.为团队提供战略指导和辅导/ Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team 5.持续改进新产品开发流程和技术管理体系/ Continuously improving new product development processes and the technical management system 6.跟踪全球技术趋势，采取行动使公司成为行业先进企业/ Track global technology trends and take actions to position company as a leader in the industry 7.在确定预算和团队前评估项目范围和目标；制定充分且周密的计划和预算/ Assesses project scope and objectives before finalizing budgets and team; Plans and budgets well prepared and thoughtful 8.所有项目按时按预算管理；所有项目人员配置适当，团队表现良好/Allprogramsmanaged on time and on budget; All projects are staffed appropriately and teams perform well 9.招聘、评估、培养和发展研发/工程组织/Hire,assess,developandgrowR&D/engineering organization 10.建设优秀的研发和应用能力、流程和工具/ Build world class R&D and application capabilities, processes and tools 11.有效管理团队以驱动成果/ Well manage the team to drive results 任职资格/ Qualifications 1.拥有丰富的产品和产品组合管理经验（通常10年以上），其中至少5年担任领导职务/ Proven experience (typically 10 years) in product and portfolio management roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity 2.具备较强的商业敏锐度和战略思维能力，并有制定和执行成功的产品组合策略的经验/ Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of developing and executing successful portfolio strategies 3.对消防与生命安全行业（15年）及其市场动态、竞争格局和客户洞察有深刻理解和经验/DeepunderstandingandexperienceofFireandLifeSafetyIndustry(15Years)anditsmarket dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer insights 4.出色的领导和沟通能力，能够影响并协调各职能和层级的同事/ Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels of the organization 5.了解消防行业建筑规范/ Understanding of Fire industry Building regulations 6.工程或相关专业学士学位（硕士学位优先）/ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred) 7.在火灾报警和灭火系统行业内推动创新并培养持续改进文化的能力/ Ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement within fire alarm and suppression industry 8.较强的领导力和团队管理能力/ Strong leadership and team management abilities 9.了解火灾报警和灭火系统的行业趋势和技术进展/ Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in fire alarm and suppression
