Overall Plant Leadership & Strategy 工厂整体领导与战略 ⚫ Provide strategic direction and daily operational leadership to the plant, ensuring alignment with APAC goals and values.为工厂提供战略方向和日常运营领导，确保与亚太区目标与价值观保持一致。 ⚫ Develop and execute the annual operating plan (AOP), managing budgets, resources, and capital investments.制定并执行工厂的年度运营计划，管理预算、资源和资本投资。 ⚫ Foster a high-performance culture based on accountability, teamwork, and the Code of Conduct.培养以问责制、团队合作和行为准则为基础的高绩效文化。 2. Safety (EHS) 安全（环境、健康与安全） ⚫ Champion a "Zero Harm" safety culture, ensuring full compliance with corporate and local EHS regulations.倡导推行“零伤害”安全文化，确保完全遵守公司和当地的 EHS 法规。 ⚫ Lead the implementation and sustained management of the Safety Management System.领导公司安全管理体系的实施与持续管理。 ⚫ Drive behavioral-based safety programs and ensure rigorous risk assessment and hazard prevention.推动基于行为的安全项目，确保严格的风险评估和危害预防。 ⚫ Own all safety metrics, incident investigations, and corrective action plans.对所有安全指标、事故调查和纠正行动计划负责。 3. Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is highly preferred. 工程、工商管理或相关专业学士学位。硕士（如 MBA）优先考虑。工作经验 Work Experience ⚫ 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in complex manufacturing, with at least 5-7 years as Plant Manager/Director or senior operations role.在复杂制造环境中拥有 10-15 年逐步晋升的领导经验，其中至少 5-7 年担任工厂经理/总监或高级运营管理职位。 ⚫ Essential: Proven track record in heavy equipment, engine, generator set, or related capital goods manufacturing.必备条件：在重型设备、发动机、发电机组或相关资本货物制造领域有成功的实践经验。 ⚫ Essential: Deep, hands-on expertise in Safety, Quality, Production, and Planning.必备条件：在安全、质量、生产和计划职能方面具备深厚的实践专长。知识与技能 Knowledge and Skills ⚫ Expert knowledge of Lean, Robotics, Automation & Digital Transformation, TPS, or similar systems.精通精益制造、机器人技术、自动化与数字化转型、TPS 或类似体系。 ⚫ Strong understanding of Quality Systems (ISO 9001; IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 highly preferred) and problem-solving (6Sigma Green/Black Belt a plus).深入理解质量体系（ISO 9001；IATF 16949 和 VDA 6.3 优先），熟悉问题解决方法（6Sigma 绿带/黑带为加分项）。 ⚫ Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production planning tools. 熟练使用 ERP 系统（如 SAP、Oracle）和生产计划工具。素质要求 Quality Requirements ⚫ Exceptional leadership and people development skills.卓越的领导力和人才发展能力。 ⚫ Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.出色的战略思维、分析和决策能力。 ⚫ Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.优秀的沟通、人际交往和利益相关者管理能力。 ⚫ Fluency in English is required.英语流利。
