职位介绍: · 公司：外资医疗器械 · 职位：Market Plannet · 地点：浦东新区前滩 · Contractor/长期并有转正机会工作内容： This role is looking for a diligent and independent team member to liase with inter departments and oversea factories and warehouses to monitor and follow up the material shipment status to minimize out of stock risk. Manage planning parameters in the systems. Drive supply planning strategies & collaborate cross functionals to optimize the inventory level, considering the regulatory, logistics, market dynamics and new product launch. 该职位正在寻找一名勤奋独立的团队成员，负责与跨部门及海外工厂和仓库对接，监控并跟进物料发货状态以降低缺货风险。管理系统中的计划参数，推动供应规划策略并协同跨职能团队优化库存水平，综合考虑法规、物流、市场动态及新产品上市等因素。 1. Develop market inventory strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize supply chain risks. Analyze inventory performance, identify optimization opportunities, and report variance compared with financial plan 制定市场库存策略，确保库存水平并降低供应链风险。分析库存绩效，识别优化机会，并报告与财务计划的差异； 2. Lead commercial review meetings to assess demand pipelines and oversee country fulfillment activities. Collaborate closely with NPs, Commercial teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage planning parameters, including lead time, safety stock, and replenishment frequency 主导商业评审会议，评估需求管道并监督国家层面的履约活动。与新药开发团队、商业团队及跨部门利益相关者紧密协作，管理规划参数，包括前置时间、安全库存及补货频率； 3. Drive strategic supply planning initiatives by evaluating factors such as import license registrations, supply constraints, and market dynamics. Conduct scenario planning and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decision-making 通过评估进口许可证登记、供应限制及市场动态等因素，推动战略性供应规划举措。开展情景规划并提供数据驱动的建议，以支持业务决策； 4. Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes, including monitoring inbound purchase orders, coordinating with global manufacturing sites, logistics providers, transportation partners, and customs/trade compliance teams to proactively resolve short-term supply disruptions 管理端到端订单履行流程，包括监控采购订单入库情况，与全球制造工厂、物流供应商、运输合作伙伴及海关/贸易合规团队协同，主动解决短期供应中断问题； 5. Support new product launches, lifecycle management activities, and product phase-in/phase-out execution to ensure seamless market transitions and supply continuity 支持新产品上市、生命周期管理活动以及产品导入/退出执行，确保市场平稳过渡和供应链连续性； 6. Project monthly inventory reserve proposal, identify inventory expiry risk, and drive inventory disposition plan to reduce discard risks 制定月度库存储备方案，识别库存到期风险，推动库存处置计划，降低报废风险； 7. Provide excess inventory identification and action plans in alignment with regional and global stakeholders to improve inventory health and operational efficiency 提供与区域和全球利益攸关方一致的多余库存识别和行动计划，以改善库存状况和运营效率； 8. Analyze and resolve critical gaps between demand forecasts, supply plans, and financial objectives by partnering with Commercial, Finance, and demand planning teams to achieve business targets. Bachelor’s Degree required 本科及以上学历； 2. A minimum of 3 years related experience in supply chain management - warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, customer service or and inventory planning is required 备至少3年供应链管理相关经验，涉及仓储、分销、物流、运输、客户服务或库存规划领域； 3. Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English 英语口语可以作为工作语言（平时需要对接国外工厂），会韩语加分； 4. Experience in handling international logistics and shipping documents具备国际物流及运输文件处理经验； 5. Experience in Distributor Management 分销商管理经验； 6. Proficient in the use of MS office application and knowledge of any MRP system is advantageous, preferably JDE 熟练使用MS Office办公软件，熟悉任何MRP系统者优先，尤以JDE系统为佳； 7. Proficient in RapidResponse 熟练掌握RapidResponse加分； 8. Excellent inter-personal and problem-solving skills 优秀的沟通与问题解决能力； 9. Excellent in customer service, planning, operations, time management 擅长客户服务、规划、运营及时间管理； 10. Able to work independently with strong initiatives具备独立工作能力，主动性强 11. Good logical thinking ability, pressure resistance ability 逻辑思维能力、抗压能力强； 12. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.) 精通MS Office及办公管理软件（如ERP等）。
