职位介绍: 供应链负责人，统招本科以上学历，沟通强，汽车/汽车零部件行业背景，计划出身，强计划经验，口语流利。抗压能力强，有责任心。 The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, including demand planning, procurement execution, production coordination, warehousing, and logistics. By optimizing the supply chain system, the manager ensures the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), improves operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and supports the company's strategic objectives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and decompose key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs), regularly analyze metrics such as inventory turnover rate and on-time order delivery rate, and propose improvement measures. Lead the preparation and interpretation of supply chain performance reports, providing data support for management decision-making. Analyze customer demand, formulate long-term and short-term production plans, and ensure data synchronization with the SAP system. Monitor the material ordering process, optimize procurement strategies, and ensure timely supply of production materials. Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of production plans. Process Optimization and Project Management Promote the digital transformation of the supply chain to improve work efficiency and visualization. Lead the optimization of warehouse management and promote the application of AGV automation. Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to ensure a smooth transition to mass production. Coordinate to resolve raw material and finished product quality issues. Work with Customers and sales departments to complete customer capacity surveys. Other tasks and projects assigned by leader MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree or above Computer competency, e.g. MS Office Professional applications Power BI competency, SAP knowledge is preferred. Good English skills, including speaking, listening, reading, writing. Minimum of 5 years automotive industry (or comparable) experience Minimum of 5 years logistic management background PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Self-Discipline Assertiveness as well as the ability to work in a team Interpersonal and problem-solving skills Good team management skills Initiative, creativity and implementation LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBLITIES: Deliver Results oSet clear objectives oAddress roadblocks to SCM manangers and individual performance Drive Change oChampion a change mindset and inspire others to think differently oFoster a culture of and believe in “positive intent” Build Capability oMake sure employee career development goals with organizational objectives oGive real-time, constructive feedback Cultivate Innovation oBe a source of new ideas or perspectives oApply a global mindset in all facets of people, process and technology COMPETENCIES: Expertly use SAP, TIMS, Power BI, Excel,PPT related work software Ability of data analysis and integration, material control, inventory management, risk identification, etc Master relevant financial knowledge, such as payment method, PR/PO procedure Be familiar with Logistics knowledge, trade terms / transport knowledge ERP system knowledge Lean basic idea Good communication, analysis and time management skill
