职位介绍: 工作内容: Job content: 1. 新项目阶段产品图纸分析，计算利用率, 参与供应商的评审和选择，如有需要时，负责绘制模具排样图； Analysis of product drawings at the new project stage and calculation of utilization rate, participate in supplier evaluation and selection, make tool layout drawing when necessary. 2. 新模具开发进度跟踪，预验收，现场调试以及验收工作； New tool development progress tracking, pre-acceptance, on-site debugging and acceptance of new project tools. 3. 支持销售部门的产品报价； Support the product quotation of sales department. 4. 编制并完善模具保养、研磨计划、并按计划落实到位； Prepare and improve the tool maintenance and grinding plan, and implement it as planned. 5. 编制模具相关作业指导书, 模具相关文件收集记录并管理； Prepare tool-related working instructions, collect, record and manage tool-related documents. 6. 每月模具故障统计分析，并制定相应的改善措施； Statistical analysis of tool failures every month and formulation of corresponding improvement measures. 7. 模具提速问题点的改善以及其他性能的改善； Improvement of tool speed and other tool performance. 8. 备品备件的管理与监控； Management and monitoring of spare parts. 9. 配合现场以及其他部门完成有关模具事宜的工作； Cooperate with the site and other departments to complete the work related to mold matters. 10. 解决生产现场所有模具的生产不良问题，重大模具问题解决方案以及结果的上报； Solve the production problems of all molds at the production site, solutions to major mold problems, and report the results. 11. 团队管理及模修人员的教育培训以及模具维修能力的提升； Team management and be responsible for training of tool repair personnel and the improvement of tool repair capabilities. 12. 完成上级交待的其它任务、配合其它部门的工作。 Complete other tasks assigned by superior and cooperate with other departments. EQS-h-R21 任职资格: Qualification: 教育背景: Education background: ◆ 中等职业或大专以上学历。 Technical secondary school education or above. 培训经历: Training experience: ◆受过专业模具维修培训或者参加入职培训 Received professional training or participate in induction training. ◆接受过安全、5S、环境知识方面的培训 Received training in safety, 5S, and environmental knowledge. 经验: Experience: ◆有 8 年以上的马达模具保养﹑维修经验； More than 8 years of motor tool maintenance and repair experience. 技能技巧: Skills: ◆独立操作行车、叉车，持行车证、叉车证等； Be able to operate cranes and forklifts independently with certificate. ◆熟悉并掌握模具的基本构造，会画图纸, 熟悉模具日常点检保养，熟悉掌握模具的拆装过程； Master the basic structure of the tool, can make drawings, be familiar with the daily inspection and maintenance of the tool, also be familiar with the process of disassembly and assembly of the tools. ◆可独立操作磨床、铣床、车床等基本模具维修设备，熟练掌握研磨模具工作； Can independently operate basic tool maintenance equipment such as grinders, milling machines, lathes, and be proficient in grinding tools. ◆熟练掌握模具配件更换以及换型操作； Be familiar with tool parts replacement and model change operations. ◆熟练使用千分尺、卡尺等基本的模具检测工具； Proficient in using basic tool inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers. ◆完全具备复杂的模具故障分析及相应问题点的解决能力。 Fully equipped with complex tool failure analysis and corresponding problem-solving capabilities. ◆模具基本点检、维护、研磨、拆装、维修有指导培训的能力； Basic tool inspection, maintenance, grinding, disassembly, assembly and repair, have the ability to guide and train. ◆能够熟练快速解决日常生产中的模具常发问题; Be able to quickly solve common tool problems in daily production. ◆使用 Excel 和 PPT 办公软件; Be able to use Excel and PPT office software. 态度: Attitude: ◆认真负责，工作积极，有责任心； Conscientious, active and responsible; ◆待人热情，吃苦耐劳； Treat people with enthusiasm and hard work; ◆具备开拓精神，团队合作精神。 With pioneering spirit and teamwork spirit.
