职位介绍: JD – Digital & IT Manager Major Responsibilities and Objectives: ⚫ Formulate the digital strategy and design the digital product ⚫ Create the business value by leveraging the AI capabilities ⚫ Manage the team and as an enabler to business partners Major Tasks & Activities: Digital Strategy and Business Technology Planning ⚫ Formulate and implement the local Digital & IT strategy in alignment with management direction, business priorities and long-term asset development objectives. ⚫ Develop digital roadmaps covering infrastructure, applications, AI, cybersecurity, mall operation systems and customer-facing digital products. Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and IT Governance ⚫ Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including network, servers, cloud services, end-user computing, system availability, connectivity and related operational platforms. ⚫ Ensure the stability, scalability and security of infrastructure supporting mall operations, office operations and customer-facing digital services. Daily IT Operations and Mall Operation Support ⚫ Lead daily IT operations to ensure reliable support for business users, mall operations, tenants, customer service, marketing events and management teams. ⚫Manage key mall operation systems and business applications, including but not limited to POS integration, CRM, parking systems, membership platforms, tenant systems,property management systems, finance systems, HR systems, OA platforms and collaboration tools.Digital Product Design and Product Lifecycle Management ⚫Lead digital product planning, design, implementation, launch and continuous optimisation across the full product lifecycle. ⚫Translate business requirements into product requirements, process designs, solution designs and implementation plans. ⚫Manage digital products related to customer experience, tenant engagement, malloperations, marketing automation, membership, data platforms and internal productivity.AI, Data Analytics and Business Value Creation ⚫Explore and implement AI, large language models and automation technologies to support business growth and operational efficiency. ⚫Identify practical AI use cases in areas such as customer service, marketing contentgeneration, knowledge management, tenant support, operational automation, data analysis and management reporting. ⚫Encourage responsible and secure use of AI and data in accordance with companypolicies, cybersecurity requirements and privacy regulations. Project Management and Delivery ⚫Manage IT and digital projects from concept, business case, requirement analysis,solution design, vendor selection, implementation, testing, launch and post-launch review. ⚫Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality and risk parameters.Budget, Vendor and Resource Management ⚫Prepare and manage annual Digital & IT budgets, including CAPEX, OPEX such as maintenance costs and vendor service fees. ⚫Evaluate technology solutions and vendors based on business value, technical capability, security, scalability, cost and long-term sustainability. Team Leadership and Talent Development ⚫Lead, coach and develop the Digital & IT team to build strong capabilities in operations, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, project management, AI, data and business partnering. ⚫Assign responsibilities, manage workload, provide work guidance and review team performance. Stakeholder Management and Business Partnership ⚫Build trusted relationships with internal business departments, group D&IT teams, senior management, tenants, vendors and external partners. ⚫Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at alllevels. Other Duties ⚫Perform other ad hoc duties, special projects and management assignments as required. ⚫Support cross-asset collaboration and best practice sharing where applicable. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements ⚫Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related field (or equivalent work experience). ⚫10+ years industry experience and at least 5+years team management ⚫Deep knowledge of digital product development and operation ⚫Must be able to work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels. Skilled in interpreting customer requirements and proactively turning them into solutions. ⚫Strong communication, project management and relationship management skills. ⚫Strong analytical skills and attention to detail ⚫Familiar with the key application used by the Chinese mainland such as middle ware, data platform , PLS,JDE, PMS, POS system, CRM system, HR system, OA, Microsoft tools, Ali cloud ⚫Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, gain their confidence and persuade them to cooperate with initiatives where required. ⚫Good understanding of AI technologies and their business applications, including generative AI, large language models, automation and intelligent assistants. ⚫Fluent English & Mandarin.
