职位介绍: Responsible for overall management of plant QC laboratory, incoming raw material inspection, in-process quality control, finished product testing, contract manufacturing quality control, stability study, laboratory system operation, compliance with China regulatory requirements. Ensure stable product quality, standardize inspection procedures, optimize QC workflow, lead quality abnormal analysis & closed-loop improvement, maintain high-standard quality management system. • Overall operation, personnel arrangement, daily scheduling & performance management of QC lab • Manage instrument calibration, maintenance, verification, reagent & standard sample management, laboratory safety & environmental compliance • Establish and update inspection SOP, test methods, specifications strictly in accordance with company standards and fine chemical industry requirements • Supervise full-process quality control: raw material incoming inspection, auxiliary material inspection, process intermediate control, finished product release inspection • Organize product stability testing, periodic review of quality data, trend analysis of key quality indicators • Ensure accurate, timely and traceable inspection data, complete quality records and batch documents meeting US audit standards • Lead investigation of incoming quality defects, process fluctuations, customer quality complaints related to QC issues • Organize root cause analysis (8D/CAPA), formulate corrective & preventive measures, track implementation and verify effectiveness • Manage non-conforming materials, distinguish isolated, rework, scrap and disposition suggestions • Cooperate with internal audit, third-party certification audit (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001) • Maintain compliance with China chemical safety regulations, hazardous chemical management, environmental quality & safety specifications • Promote continuous improvement of quality system, optimize inspection efficiency and reduce quality cost • Lead, train and build QC inspection team, improve professional ability of chemical analysis, instrument operation • Close coordination with Production, R&D, Purchasing, Logistics, QA, Sales。 • Participate in supplier quality assessment, incoming quality supervision and supplier quality improvement follow-up • Manage quality specifications, inspection reports, test records, chromatographic data and all QC technical files • Regular quality data summary, quality trend report submitted to China plant • Ensure all quality documents standardized, archived and traceable for full batch life cycle Key education or certification required • Bachelor degree or above, major in Applied Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Fine Chemical, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related • Preferred master degree, familiar with China chemical industry quality system • ≥5 years QC laboratory management experience in fine chemical / specialty chemical industry • Rich experience in multinational enterprises / US-funded enterprises quality management preferred • Familiar with HPLC, GC, GC-MS, titration, moisture content, impurity detection and other fine chemical routine & instrumental analysis • Proficient in IATF16949 ,ISO quality system • Skilled in 8D, CAPA, SPC, fishbone diagram and other quality analysis tools • Good at hazardous chemical quality control, raw material impurity control, batch stability management • Able to read & compile English quality documents, SOP, test specifications and audit reports Competency & Soft Skills • Strong cross-department communication, pressure resistance and problem-solving ability • Rigorous, careful, responsible quality awareness, high compliance awareness • Good team management, talent cultivation and process optimization ability • Fluent oral & written English, smooth daily communication with oversea colleagues Other Requirements • Familiar with domestic chemical safety, environmental protection and product regulatory standards • Serious work attitude, abide by laboratory safety operation norms, comply with foreign enterprise management culture
