职位介绍: HG/CT: -/Analyst We are seeking a forward-thinking analyst who embraces change, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and is keen to leverage emerging technologies to drive performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Provide daily support to the trading team, focusing on FX Flow and market making activities, and develop expertise in a range of financial products such as FX Spot, Forwards, Swaps, and Options. Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction through effective communication, execution, and relationship management. Support risk management and compliance efforts as part of the first line of defense, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards. Assist in administrative tasks including data analysis, report generation, and system maintenance to support the smooth operation of the trading team. Essential Competencies Strong academic background; 1~3 year experience in trading or related global market business Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities Proactive and resilient, capable of performing well under pressure Results-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives efficiently Eager to learn and develop market knowledge Fluent in English; Japanese is a plus Open to innovation and change, with a willingness to adopt new technologies and improve processes A proactive and curious mindset, with an interest in AI and data-driven approaches。
