职位介绍: Responsible for provision and managemert of partnerships in GC to enable business and support ATV GC 5year business growth (achieve 5 billion euo revenue target and no.1 market share)Lead PAM team to needssubject-specific additional qualification or bya relevant completed study (10+ years).1. Support adaption of global partnerships and ecosystems to regional needs 2. Develop, establish and manage regionapartnerships 3. Support the region as a service providerwith partner solutions and establish new ecosystems to enable business development for selected applications and use cases4. Provide structures for partner management (e.g. programs, processes, systems, PGl club) in GC Specialist knowledge and skills as these are usually acquired through a relevant vocationaltraining (10 years) and a particularlyextensive subject-specific additional qualification. The same applies to knowedge and abilities, which were acquired by a relevant completed study with a duration of 10 years andsubject-specific additional qualification or by a relevant completed study (10+ years).Familiar with automotive market and related eco-system establishment Knowiedge of MCU market and eco-system information 15+ years relevant working experience Fluent in Chinese and English 上海或深圳 Bridge OEM customers with Infineon's product-to-system automotive semiconductor solutions, winningopportunities and sockets directly at OEMs or through tier1 supply chain.Manage the relationship between target CDEMs and Infineon ATV division, ensuring access to key decisionmakers within the OEM for both technicaland commercial topics.Develop OEM strategy and orchestate difterent levels of engagement with OEM by leveraging Infineon'sautomotive strength and positionUnderstand OEM organization, customerstrategy as well as supply chain structure. Follow developmentplan of OEM platforms and car models.Develop innovative ways to form bindingelationship with OEM customers. Establish and manage jointdevelopment projects with segment team, disti, as well as Infineon preferred design houses.Build and manage a pipeline of business olevelopment opportunities with each OEM, ensure that thispipeline is communicated and supportedacross different stakeholders both at technical and commerciallevel. 3+ years of experience in semiconductor industry or automotive industry.Good organizational skill to foster teamwork and interact/communicate with a diverse range of businessfunctions, organizational levels and cultures.Good communication capability with listening comprehensive, including spoken and written fluency inEnglish and Mandarin Collaborative work effort; a strong team player with speed, taking risks and driving to deliver resultsProactive, self-driven person with strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
