职位介绍: SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST Are you passionate about building great digital products? We are looking for a talented Salesforce BA who would bring value to our luxury brands with a good understanding of clienteling in China. EXPERIENCE At least 5 years experience in CRM BA position, candidates with experience in tech industry and/or consulting in an agency preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS Salesforces Admin certification, Fluent in both Chinese & English; CRM / clienteling work history, Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. APPRECIATED SKILLS Salesforce BA certification, good understanding of the luxury/retail sector. WHERE Shanghai, Jing’An district. REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role. Salesforce certification is a plus. Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and related tools. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus. Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English & Chinese. Experience in international English speaking projects is a plus. College education or above. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business processes and requirements. Document user requirements and transform them into clear and concise user stories and specifications. Design and implement Salesforce solutions including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Work with the development team to ensure solutions are technically feasible and meet the business's needs. Develop and maintain user guides, documentation, and training materials. Provide end-user training and support, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce-related issues. Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce, ensuring stakeholders have access to key metrics and insights. Analyze data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights to business teams. Participate in the testing phase. WHAT WE OFFER Responsibilities on challenging projects.
