- Job Duty & Responsibility 工作职责
1.Follow company HSE policy and align with own job and responsibility.

2.Take the ownership of process from Spreader roll incoming to outgoing in production and continues improvement mindset in daily production operations. 负责弧形辊从进厂检验到成品发货并且在日常的生产过程中有持续改进的理念。
a)Inspection of incoming and outgoing Spreader Roll弧形辊进厂和出厂检查
b)Create and update spare parts list according Order Acknowledge, drawing and history information根据订单确认、图纸和历史信息创建和更新备件清单
c)Identify the additional work of incoming Spreader roll requests for proposal. 根据拆解信息确认额外工作
d)Inspection of incoming new and spare parts检查新进的备件
3.Build up and optimize SOP/WI together with team member, complete interim report and final report与团队成员一起建立和优化SOP/WI，完成中间检查报告和最终出货报告
4.New Spreader roll, based on the customer's drawings and relevant information, convert the drawings into processing detail drawings according to Andritz Standard. 根据客户图，客户相关信息，将图纸转化成我们厂内的加工图纸
5.Follow other tasks assigned by your supervisor. 遵循主管分配的其他任务
Job Requirement & Qualification 任职要求
1.Bachelor degree or similar level in mechanical engineering, paper technology or related fields preferred. 机械工程、造纸技术或相关领域本科及以上学历优先。
2.More than 3 years working experience 3年以上工作经验
3.Basic English proficiency to support technical communication with customer; proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel required), proficient in CAD, SolidWorks software, proficient in operating measuring tools such as inside /outside micrometers and dial indicators基本的英语能力，以支持与客户的技术沟通；精通微软办公软件（需要Word和Excel），精通CAD、SolidWorks软件，能熟练掌握内外径千分尺，百分表等量具。
4.Self-motivated and willing to take more responsibilities in a growing organization; strictly abide by company rules and safety procedures, focus on providing high-quality services through systematic management. 自我激励，愿意在成长中的组织中承担更多责任；严格遵守公司规章制度和安全规程，注重通过系统化管理提供优质服务。
5.Teamwork spirit, proactive, open minded and more positive thinking团队合作精神，积极主动，思想开放，思维更积极
