职位介绍: As a backend Engineer, you will design, build and maintain scalable and concrete backend systems that power Fast Retailing’s digital commerce platform. You will work with multi-functional teams to translate business requirements into elegantly designed backend services that scale gracefully as our service grows. ・ Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design. ・ Own the software development process end-to-end, including working with stakeholders to determine requirements, designing, architecting, planning, implementing, testing, and operating new systems and features ・ Evolve the technical direction of the service ・ Influence the road map and product development of Fast Retailing’s front end(EC and store digital) area. Requirements Basic Requirements English (CET6/TOEIC 700 or above) Required ・ Computer Science degree or equivalent ・ Strong logical thinking. Ability to understand the issues and business background, processes and objectives beyond languages and lead to problem solving. ・ Face problems seriously, positive and strong sense of responsibility. ・ Strong individual contributor, self-motivated, and a proven team player. Having leadership to take initiative to find out issues, and to actively involve co-workers globally and resolve the issues by deep dive into details. ・ Experience in design of highly fault-tolerant architecture of loosely-coupled services ・ Having project management ability to work with multiple stakeholders and to ensure that schedule, quality and cost are well managed. ・ More than 5 years of experience in developing, tuning of enterprise application system (Java, Golang, etc.) ・ More than 5 years of experience in system design and testing ・ More than 3 years of experience in system operation and maintenance ・ Knowledge of algorithms and data structures ・ Knowledge/experience of AWS, GCP, Docker (container-based) Best To Have ・ Experience in building and running business through EC applications in the fashion apparel industry ・ Leadership experience as an engineer in multinational team ・ Experience in building and operating large-scale systems ・ Experience in developing and operating with external or SI partners ・ Experience in testing methods and quality control ・ Experience in distributed, high-concurrency, and high-availability systems ・ Familiar with Agile development methodology ・ Experience with relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL or Oracle ・ Familiar with CI/CD and various automation technologies ・ Able to accept short-term travel (within 2 weeks)
