职位介绍: 欧美外资企业，核心需求：项目管理经验5年+起，PMP管理经验，注塑，汽车，行业背景，5大工具，16949体系，VDA，英语口语流利，这些都是最基础的。职位描述： 1. Project Manager is the executor of 3 processes: project management, project change processes and customer satisfaction investigation and should expertly master and use the documents, processes and process methods related to these two processes. 2. Establish and lead the project team, perform the research & development of projects together with the company’s project team and customer team； 3.Communicate with the customer on the technical requirements of products, make and update the product development plan and assess the project risks after negotiating with the customer. 4.Establish the project development schedule, lead the project team to complete the project development tasks according to the planned time and cost and deliver the 5.products that satisfy the customer. 5.Create the product specifications together with the project team, ensure the feasibility of quantity production of product specifications and guarantee the function requirements of final products for delivery； 6. Make sure that there are reasonable tolerance chains during quantity production of products； 7. Be responsible for the customer specifications of the products delivered finally, establish the internal specifications (e.g.: failure model analysis of products delivered finally) and perform risk assessment； 8.Make sure that the project engineering change can be implemented successfully by combining the project experience； 9. Be responsible for the scheme design and assessment of machinery equipment (including semiautomatic machinery equipment) and fixtures involved in production and manufacturing； 10. Project Manager can participate in the audit as an internal auditor together with the process auditor if needed; 11.When receiving new product development needs, communicate with customers about technology and development cycle requirements,if new products feasible after analysis
