职位介绍: 物业管理副经理职位，主要负责现场安全秩序、保安、保洁现场服务、停车管理、商业街区租户的物业管理和服务工作。Job Title - Assistant Property Manager Major Responsibilities and Objectives: - Assist the manager of Property Management Department in all aspects of property management in the assigned area, usually focusing on administrative and operational management. - Assist in the hiring and training of staff. - Responsible for work supervision and standard evaluation of outsourced maintenance services, such as cleaning and security. - Responsible for liaising with relevant local communities and government agencies. Major Tasks & Activities: - Develop and implement routine or special operation procedures, and keep checking and upgrading. - Assist in the development of recruitment scoring criteria and recruitment activities. - Control and maintain the update of departmental personnel records. - Arrange and conduct training courses for new employees and update appropriate courses for employees. - Keep the department's equipment inventory up to date. - Coordinate and plan material requirements, tendering and bidding process, cost and budget control. - Responsible for contacting outsourced cleaning and security services. - Responsible for tenant management and service. - Responsible for liaising with government and relevant local authorities on relevant operational aspects. - Collect and apply new concepts for security, cleaning and customer service for projects. - Responsible for the work of the property management manager during his/her absence. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements - University graduate / Degree holder or above, property management certificate is preferred. - At least 5 years of experience in property management and security management, including at least 3 years at management level. - Working experience in shopping malls is preferred. Proficient in property management experience of comprehensive commercial projects, knowledge of maintenance and operation, good communication and people management skills. - Good knowledge of building construction and project management is preferred. - Communicate and coordinate with relevant government agencies. - Good English and Chinese language skills, working background in a foreign company in mainland China, experience in liaison with overseas companies and foreign customers is preferred
