职位介绍: Strategic/Tactical • Continuously monitor and interpret market trends, customer requirements and competitive situation on the LRP portfolio to drive the product strategy. • Lead product development and strategy via the NPI process to sustain and develop a differentiated brand LRP portfolio for the Edwards and Atlas Copco brands. • Develop and implement product pricing strategies and positioning (including special pricing agreements) • Define and own the marketing strategy and LRP roadmap with divisional marketing managers and present at the PSM • Influence and give input to training and communication plan and implement these using all available media and platforms. General • Own and drive the success of the LRP product portfolio by communicating with MSMs, BDMs, Applications , Customer Centres, Engineering, Quality and Operations • Follow competitive moves and continuously benchmark the competition performance against VIN product lines • Prepare and deliver internal and external product-based presentations (e.g webinars), training packages (e.g learning link) and technical support material for training and communication purposes • Monitor and drive the sales and profitability of your product portfolio and develop a business plans for growth • Close two-way collaboration with CCs globally to bring voice of customer back to the PCs and distribute /communicate all the related product information to the CCs to enable sales success. • Support and close communication to enable systems sales of bare-shaft LRP products. • Manage Product Development Projects from initial feasibility to full market introduction within the set time frame/cost price and according to the quality standards and in line with the product strategy. • Report to PCM, PQM and PSM and be a key stakeholder in connected PTMs • Lead the development and introduction of new projects, and provide project input based on market investigation, e.g. product scope and grouping, master specification, business case, PK/ASP target etc.
