职位介绍: Job Responsibilities岗位描述 1.根据客户需求进行产品设计，完成压力容器及配套系统的结构设计，确保符合GB150、ASME、PED等标准，确保满足客户的期望和要求； Conduct product design based on customer requirements, complete the structural design of the pressure vessel and supporting systems, ensure compliance with standards such as GB, ASME, and PED, and ensure that the expectations. 2.编制设备总装图、部件图及零件图，使用SolidWorks/AutoCAD等软件完成三维建模与图纸输出； Prepare the assembly drawing, component drawing and part drawing of the equipment, and complete the 3D modeling and drawing output using software such as SolidWorks/AutoCAD. 3.与国内外客户进行技术沟通、产品培训等，完成产品技术及产品的报价等； Conduct technical communication and product training with domestic and foreign customers, complete product technology and product quotations, etc. 4.负责新产品的设计、验证和工艺实施，批量产品的VA、工艺改进、产品变更等的设计、验证和评审； Be responsible for the design, verification and process implementation of new products, as well as the design, verification and review of VA, process improvement and product changes of batch products. 5.编写产品制造工艺卡、检验规程及产品说明书等技术文档等； Prepare technical documents such as product manufacturing process cards, inspection procedures and product manuals, etc. 6.创建产品BOM并完成NetSuite系统管理，确保数据的准确性和及时性。 Create the product BOM and complete the NetSuite system management to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the data. 7.为公司生产、质量、采购等各部门提供日常技术支持等，确保技术准确性； Provide daily technical support for departments of the company such as production, quality, and procurement to ensure technical accuracy. 8.熟练使用AutoCAD和SolidWorks等设计软件，进行产品设计和优化。 Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks for product design and optimization. 职位要求Position Requirements： 1.统招本科及以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验，机械设计、制造、材料成型等相关专业优先，压力容器及液冷行业等优先考虑。 Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years’ experience, majoring in mechanical design, manufacturing, materials forming or related fields is preferred, and in the pressure vessel and liquid cooling industry are preferred. 2.熟练使用AutoCAD和SolidWorks等设计软件，熟悉机械设计、制造相关流程和标准。 Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, and familiar with the relevant processes and standards of mechanical design and manufacturing. 3.英语简单的听说读写； English listening, speaking, reading and writing. 4.具备较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神。 Strong communication skills and a spirit of teamwork
