职位介绍: Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, as an Generator Engineering Manager for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for leading generator engineering teams within MOHP-MG CN engineering department. Drive generator teams’ performance to ensure on time delivery of design docs/technical solution with high quality. Initiating continuous improvement projects to increase value-added activities across business value chain. Main responsibilities - Leading the communication of mechanical team with stakeholders inside and outside engineering department to achieve the business target of the whole regional division - Cultivating good team atmosphere, guiding the team member to get improvement of technical competence and communication skill by various activities. - Improving the work procedure and method, set proper operation KPI to drive output efficiency and quality. - Working with R&D to improve the product and design tools based on specific project and market demand. - Leading the team to solve problems occurred during manufacture, test and post-delivery stage. - Joining or leading company-level management project on behalf of Engineering department. Qualifications for the role (Mandatory) - A Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical Design or Motor Design - At least five years HV Electrical Machine design experience. - At least 3 years’ experience for people management - Proficient in HV machine manufacture process, have the excellent knowledge of mechanical drawing, mechanical design and material.. - Good communication skill at both horizontal and vertical direction, good leadership, - Strong design tools knowledge of Auto CAD, Teamcenter, knowing SAP is preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally
