职位介绍: Responsibilities职位描述 1) Track and analyze the global drug market and competition landscape as well as new technology trends to identify the new opportunities in pipeline expansion; 跟踪分析全球药物市场、竞争格局及新技术趋势，挖掘管线拓展的新机遇； 2) Conduct detailed pipeline data analytics and generate market insights to support the development of portfolio strategy and prioritization and the data-driven decision-making; 开展管线数据深度分析，形成市场洞察，为产品组合策略制定、优先级排序及数据驱动决策提供支持； 3) Develop the TA and portfolio strategy, and build the differentiations and commercial forecast for pipeline products; 制定治疗领域与产品组合策略，以及评估管线产品的差异化和商业潜力； 4) Research the global market (US, EU, APAC etc.) in areas of market and competition dynamics, and go-to-market approach to support globalization and license-out; 研究全球市场（美国、欧盟、亚太等）的市场和竞争动态及管线产品策略，助力全球化布局与对外授权； 5) Scout and assess potential compounds for license-in opportunities; 搜寻和评估潜在的产品引进化合物； 6) Collaborate closely with R&D, BD, Commercial, and other functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and execution coordination; 与研发、业务拓展、商业及其他职能部门紧密协作，确保战略重点一致，执行协同高效； 7) Handle other tasks as required by supervisor; 完成上级交办的其他相关工作。 Requirements 任职要求 1) Bachelor’s degree or above, and major in life sciences, medicine, or business (MBA preferred); 本科及以上学历，生命科学、医学或商科专业背景（MBA优先）； 2) Minimal 3-5 years of experience in Consulting or Biopharma in areas of Corporate Strategy, Strategic Marketing, Portfolio Strategy and Management, New Product Planning; 具备3-5年咨询公司或药企工作经验，领域涉及企业战略、战略营销、产品组合战略与管理、新产品规划等； 3) Strong background in managing clinical and preclinical pipelines and developing portfolio strategy, with experience in solid tumor or women’s health as a plus; 在临床及临床前管线的管理以及产品组合战略制定方面具有扎实背景，有实体瘤领域或者妇科领域经验者优先； 4) Strong strategic thinking, data analytics, and project management capability; 具备较强的战略思维、数据分析及项目管理能力； 5) Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven records in cross-functional collaboration; 具备良好的沟通与表达能力，并有跨部门协作的成功经验； 6) Proficient in oral and written English; 熟练掌握英语口语与书面表达；
