职位介绍: Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Positioning Develop product marketing strategies aligned with brand vision and seasonal business objectives Define product positioning, target consumer, pricing architecture, and competitive differentiation Translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable product strategies Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership Lead seasonal GTM planning and execution across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels Develop launch toolkits including product storytelling, key selling points, training materials, and campaign briefs Partner with Creative and Brand teams to ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints Consumer & Market Insights Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis Monitor sell-through performance and consumer feedback to optimize assortment and marketing approach Provide data-driven recommendations to Merchandising and Design teams Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Design, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Sales teams throughout product lifecycle Support Sales teams with product training, sell-in presentations, and key account support Align with Digital and Retail Marketing teams to maximize campaign effectiveness Performance Management Track product KPIs including sell-through rate, margin performance, and inventory health Identify risks and opportunities during season to drive corrective actions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in product marketing, merchandising, or brand marketing within apparel/fashion industry Strong understanding of fashion retail dynamics and consumer behavior Excellent storytelling and presentation skills Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic insights Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
