You will work deeply with engineers, data scientists, designers, and business teams to define high-value agent workflows, validate feasibility, shape product architecture, and ship AI-powered tools that transform how teams work. 作为 Agent AI 产品经理，您将负责 agentic AI 场景从需求发现、产品原型设计、构建、发布、用户采纳到持续迭代的端到端落地。您将与工程师、数据科学家、设计师和业务团队深度协作，定义高价值智能体工作流，验证技术可行性，参与产品架构设计，并交付能够改变和提升团队工作方式的 AI 产品 We are looking for engineering-minded PMs who can reason about systems, APIs, data flows, model behavior, evaluation quality, and operational constraints while still owning user value and business outcomes. 该岗位适合具备工程思维的产品经理：既能理解系统、API、数据流、模型行为、评估质量和运营约束，也能持续负责用户价值和业务结果 What You’ll Own / 工作职责: · Own agentic AI product strategy, roadmap and end-to-end delivery 负责 agentic AI 产品的战略、路线图与交付 · Identify high-impact business workflows where AI agents can create measurable value; translate ambiguous problems into clear product hypotheses, user journeys, requirements, and success metrics. 识别 AI 智能体能够创造可衡量价值的高影响业务流程；将模糊问题转化为清晰的产品假设、用户旅程、需求和成功指标 · Partner closely with engineering on agent architecture, tool use, APIs, data integrations, permissions, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, logging, observability, and operational guardrails. 与工程团队紧密协作，定义智能体架构、工具调用、API、数据集成、权限、HITL检查点、日志、可观测性等 · Lead rapid prototyping, user pilots, evaluation design, and iteration; review agent behavior, identify failure modes, and decide thresholds for production 推动快速原型、用户试点、评估设计和迭代；评审智能体行为，识别失败模式，并判断产品何时适合生产上线 · Drive cross-functional alignment across business, operations, security, design, data, and engineering so AI products are useful, safe, scalable, and adopted in daily work 推动业务、运营、安全、数据和工程团队协同，确保 AI 产品有用、安全、可扩展，并能融入日常工作 · Manage launch, enablement, feedback loops, and continuous improvement; track outcomes such as adoption, time saved, task completion, accuracy, reliability, escalation rate, and user trust 负责发布、赋能培训、反馈闭环和持续改进；跟踪采用率、节省时间、任务完成率、准确性、可靠性、升级处理率和用户信任度等结果 Key Qualifications / 任职要求: · 3-6 years of product management experience, preferably building AI, data, platform, developer tool, automation, or enterprise workflow products from concept to launch 3-6 年产品管理经验，优先考虑具备 AI、数据、平台、开发者工具、自动化或企业工作流产品从概念到上线经验的候选人 · Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or other technical majors is strongly preferred; ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineers is required 优先考虑工程、计算机科学、数据科学、信息系统或其他技术背景；能够与工程师讨论技术方案 · Practical understanding of LLM and agentic AI concepts, including prompting, retrieval (RAG), tool calling, orchestration, memory, evaluation, guardrails, and model failure modes 实际理解 LLM 与 agentic AI 概念，包括提示词、检索/RAG、工具调用、编排、记忆、评估、护栏和模型失败模式 · Hands-on familiarity with product and engineering tools including Jira, Confluence, Figma, GitHub/GitLab, API documentation, analytics dashboards, and observability tools. Familiar in vibe coding (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code) 熟悉 Jira、Confluence、Figma、GitHub/GitLab、API 文档、数据分析看板和可观测性工具等产品与工程协作工具, 熟悉AI编程 · Proven ability to turn messy business workflows into clear product design, system flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, evaluation plans, prioritized backlogs, and measurable outcomes. 能够将复杂业务流程转化为清晰的产品设计、系统流程、用户故事、验收标准、评估计划、优先级清晰的待办列表和可衡量结果 · Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. 能够在快速变化和不确定环境中，与跨团队成员和业务利益相关者高效协作 · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, with the ability to explain AI product behavior, limitations, risks, and business value clearly 具备出色的中英文书面和口头沟通能力，能够清晰解释 AI 产品行为、限制、风险和业务价值
